ゲゲストLoved this resort! Clan and fresh with a super friendly staff! Great location, covered parking and a fitness center with good quality equipment. Our room was really clean and housekeeping kept up with everything for us.
We were greeted with champagne when we checked in! The pool staff are really good at what they do.
Constructive criticism? We only ate breakfast in the restaurant and it was just ok. We ordered a croissant and they just took it out of a bag and served it cold. The drinks at either bar are very small and expensive. The hot tub wasn’t hot which was ok because it was always full of unsupervised little kids.
Besides that we would stay there again.

ゲゲストIt was a first time stay at a Fairfield Inn and it will not be our last. We gratefully appreciated the early check-in, as we seniors drove over 3 1/2 hours. The location is excellent and the Inn easy to find, along with the parking. The hotel lobby, elevators, and rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were given a nice, quiet room, too. We did not use the swimming pool, but it looked from afar. We also did not stay for the continental breakfast, as we met family at a close restaurant. The room was equipped with a small coffee maker and a refrigerator, which made out stay more comfortable. The hotel staff was accommodating in moving us to a new room in a quiet area and very pleasant.

サービスはとても丁寧で、仕事はとても良いです。運賃は約30ユーロです。

EEmilyWhile researching hotels, I visited this property a month before my arrival to make sure the accommodation would work for my purposes. At that time, I was shown a specific layout for the 1 bedroom queen beds configuration. The front desk attendant specified the description of the room that I should book when I made the reservation.
I made the reservation based on their information and the room I was shown.
A month later when I check in, I am given a room half the size of the one I was shown. I tell the front desk that it was not what I was told and I am unhappy with the room and I need the bigger room. The gas let me and told me that they had already given me the biggest room they had. I'm not kidding when it was literally half the size of the one I previewed.
I walked the front desk attendance to the door of the room I was shown and was assured that those rooms are the same size and they couldn't be shown to me at that time because they were occupied.
I had to cancel most of the event I had planned due to lack of space and lost revenue I would have earned giving a workshop to paying pupils.
Complete bait and switch. Avoid this property.

ゲゲストThe hotel experience/accommodations overall were good. However, the reservations I made included breakfast for two for two days, and it was awkward to acquire the breakfast portion of my reservation. Instead, the hotel gave me a $20.00 per day credit for one guest for breakfast. Also upon check-out, I was not provided a room receipt - so I am not sure what to use for my expense report, and I do not know what I have been actually charged for. This reservation arrangement was not what I expected and I doubt very seriously if I will use this service again. It was embarrassing and I am especially uncomfortable with what I will be charged.

Location is good for the city. Parking available at a charge.
Breakfast was not very good, no order, children picking up food with fingers and even putting back, dirty plates left on the door countertops. This really was disappointing as the rooms were so nice and clean.
However many noisy guests throughout the night, slamming of doors, also a lot of dogs staying and they barked a lot. No one came to rectify this.
Would possibly stay again if we could get a floor with no dogs, and knew security sorted out noise and would skip breakfast!

ゲゲストLa habitación en general estaba limpia, excepto la nevera que tenía un poco de arena de playa, solicité un microondas y una rollaway bed, eso llegó enseguida, pero el microondas estaba asqueroso.
La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada, allí hay salida directo hacia la playa, el estacionamiento es un costo adicional por noche, también cobran un fee adicional que te incluye cierto servicio básicos, no te incluye sombrillas, es bueno saberlo para que no sea una sorpresa. La atención en front desk pareciera robotizada pero el resto del personal hacen una gran diferencia. En general fue una experiencia grata poder olvidarte de manejar e ir caminando hacia la playa, boulevard, restaurantes todo está cerca.

SShayna0ここでの滞在が大好きで、1日町に到着したときに他の場所を予約しましたが、スペースはありませんでしたが、他の場所はひどいものでした。シラタのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、自転車に乗るのが大好きで、部屋はきれいで、設備は素晴らしかったです。私たちは3日間しか滞在しませんでしたが、私たちが見たエンターテイメントから見ると楽しかったです。良いティオ
