The reception did not answer the requests and was not able to do a reservation in the own restaurant. They even send me for lunch to an external place while the bar („ they have only cake“) has a reasonable offer. The quiet room I asked was in an external building on top of an event location ( they were delivering the decoration when I came). There was no access by car ( emergency access) to the entrance of this building. I unloaded the car ( the available parking was out of sight) on the hotel trolley they gave me, but the room was far away and not even possible to reach with the trolley. Nobody was willing to show me the room or help with the luggage - obviously even to far away from the parking possibilities and to many stairs. After visiting the room and the surrounding I decided to leave instead of having a noisy night with unfriendly people. I paid the room. The positive points are only for the staff in the bar.

What unfriendly people, stay away. We booked this hotel by mistake. It is far away from Hamburg City Center and from the airport and from City exits to the North. We booked it with ***********, and while booking would have refunded us, the Hotel Managment refused a refund, made us loose precious time and forced us to stay for 3 nights as they had already reveived the full payment. Regarding the facilities a public parking where they sent us is 300m away, the Hotel is nice and rooms are good. But once you are badly treated you realy do not want to stay there. Breakfast is good but again people are unfriendy so as at the reception. If you stay in Hamburg you have 1000nds od better options.

Room was cold and the AC did not function. We requested the receptionist to switch it on but she was not able to to that. Also requested an extra bed for my daughter, which was not prepared previously. In the middle of night the bed stumbled and the kid stumbled in the floor with it… very nicely prepared indeed. Not to return!

100 percent recommend this hotel. It was beautiful comfortable cozy. The soap was great. The room was massive for what we normally get in that price range for a hotel. Check in and check out we're very quick and painless. Would love to be back someday

This hotel is something out of the ordinary - both the hotel itself and the surroundings. We stayed here for two nights and it was so cozy and nice. The rooms are spacious and our room was with a view to the river and the marina. The terrace outside the hotel is big and with nice seating. Inside the hotel lobby and bar are also spacious and cozy. Everywhere it is clean and welcoming. The breakfast is amazing! So much to choose from and a cock who will make you and egg dish of your own choice. The orange juice is so good!! The surroundings outside the hotel are quite spectacular no matter if the sun shines or it is pooring down - we had both. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We would absolutely love to come back another time.

We traveled with dog and hav never seen a place/room like this. The breakfas was good, a lot of things to choose on. Nice place to sitt and eat. Outside it was a nice place to take walk with the dog and nice view from the window from our room

Everything was perfect from the room (bedsheets, furnitures, size, view, bathroom design) to high quality products for breakfast. Very calm. Nice staff. Will recommend and I already dream to come back.

The location is brilliant and the hotel itself is great! Nice public areas, very nice room,... Just two smaller things, but still worth mentioning : 1/ the receptionist at check-in was not exactly very welcoming. Zero smiles and very 'dry' check-in, as if if it was a massive chain hotel for business people only. 2/ when you book a room for 3 adults, it is rather annoying to almost never see enough coffee pads, towels, glasses,... for 3. Unfortunately wasn't correctly prepared here either, everything was set up for two, altough they did open the extra bed. So yeah, strange that the setup for 3 can almost never be done correctly, altough it is very easy.
