The condo complex itself is beautifully landscaped and has 2 heated swimming pools, tennis courts, BBQ areas, and outdoor showers.The unit is decorated in a Hawaiiana tropical style with elegant Tommy Bahamas furnishings. The master bedbroom has a queen size bed with its own full bathroom. The living room has a brand new sofa bed couch which converts to a full size bed. There is also a fold out futon mattress which sleeps the fifth person. The screened-in lanai opens to a grassy area and a beautiful, unobstructed view of the golf course.The unit also comes equipped with: washer and dryer, AC units and ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room, free high speed WiFi-internet access, two flatscreen TVs w/ digital cable. Kitchen amenities include a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and all items necessary to prepare meals at home. The onsite manager lives nearby should any need arise on your vacation.
