「ホテルの場所はgood......Commonエリアはよく維持されていますが、部屋はウェブサイトの写真に反映されていません....スタッフは良いですが、レストランはよくありませんが、改善の余地はたくさんあると思います。...ビュッフェ式朝食は良いです....ビルヤニの味は良かったです....一般的に食べ物は良かったです...チェックアウト中にホテルのスタッフが私の荷物を部屋から移動するのを30分以上待たなければなりませんでした.....上記の価格の間に多くの違いがありましたtrip.comとhotel.....Trip.comは同じプリビレッジスイート....ではそれほど多くありませんでした。」

「Hotel Carnation、Ootyで3泊家族と素晴らしい滞在をしました。 Charring Crossジャンクションや他の市場エリアに非常に近いです。植物園は1KMでも徒歩圏内です。ホテルにはレストラン「Madras Rasoi」とVeg&N.Vegの両方を提供するフードトラックがあります。部屋はとても良くて広としていました。バスルームには間欠泉があるので、24/7お湯があります。飲料水を暖めるためのケトルが提供されます。オーナーのマリアダスさん、とても素敵な人で、おもてなしは素晴らしかったです。レセプションにいるプリンスさんは、とても親切でフレンドリーでマナーの良い若い男です。他のすべてのスタッフもとても親切で親切でした。私たちはここでの滞在を楽しんだ。次回も絶対にこのホテルに戻ってきます。 」

「Fabulous setting up on a hill about a 20 min walk down  to the town(definitely get a rickshaw back).  Didn’t realise we could order eggs  for breakfast until our second morning (not offered them  on the first morning). Cake at breakfast was yummy. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned  on arrival  and there were splatters marks on the wall  above the tea/coffee area. We also returned to our room late afternoon to find maintenance working on our balcony - did feel this could have been done after checkout! Fabulous shower. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was very good. The high taxes in Tamil Nadu added to the price (almost 25%) so bear this in mind . Cocktails weee excellent. We did the morning ’hike’  which was well worth getting up for.  We were brought a hot water bottle on our second night which was a lovely surprise.  Tea & biscuits served between 5 & 5.30pm which was a nice touch  although more of the breakfast cake would have been good. Would recommend staying here as rooms, location  & restaurant are excellent.」

「The property was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a comfortable stay. I stayed for four nights and was even able to work remotely without any issues. I’d definitely come back. Sayan, the property manager, was a wonderful host , helpful and attentive throughout.」

「最近、2ベッドルームアパートメントのマンゴーヒルズに滞在しました。ホテルの外観は清潔で、造園は美しいです。スタッフはフレンドリーで丁寧です。しかし、私たちが泊まった2ベッドルームのアパートはすり減っていて、清潔さが不足しています。リネンは古くて汚れている。 朝食は平均的で、レストランの清潔さは標準以下です。ホテルには潜在的ですが、アップグレード作業が必要です。」

「The hotel is located in a very good location. Veg and Non veg good options available around. Easy access to Commercial road. Room is old styled, TV was not working. Hot water was available in the morning only. Breakfast was not included. Hotel needs be worked on facilities they provide. 」

「The hotel services were excellent top notch. The staff were professional, provided me with a lot of extra services with no additional cost, rooms were clean. And most importantly the location is absolutely great. Just beside the botanical garden i had some amazing experiences. The only con is the room size is too small and i mean it. It's so small if you keep your luggage on the floor you won't be able to walk properly. This can be a major issue to a lot of people」
