スタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで親切でした。 チェックインすると、ウェルカムドリンクと冷たいタオルが出されました。その後、スタッフは宿泊に関する規則を説明し、地図を見せてくれました。その後、近隣地域を紹介し、朝食に素敵な地元のレストランを教えてくれました。水筒に水を補充するサービスもあります。横にはインスタ映えする素敵なプールがありますが、残念ながらプールを探索する時間はありませんでした。 部屋はとても清潔で、枕は柔らかく、ベッドはとても快適でした。本当に素敵な滞在と素敵な思い出になりました。 次回はバスタブ付きの部屋を試してみたいです。バスタブ付きの部屋の方が広いと思います。 次回の旅行では必ず再訪し、他の人にも勧めます。

私たちは午後 2 時 30 分頃に到着し、合計 7 部屋 (ファミリー ルーム x 3、スーパー キング ルーム x 3、スーパー シングル ルーム x 1) を予約しました。幼児1名を含む総勢20名の家族旅行です。ファミリールームは大人4人が宿泊できる十分な広さです。また、軽食、ミニバー内のドリンク、ドルチェコーヒーを無料で受け取りました。この軽食は無料で、ハウスキーピング スタッフが毎日補充します。この追加サービスをありがとうございます。アメニティもとても高級感があります。 たまたま、ファミリールームのジャグジーの1つが完全に機能しておらず、解決するのに時間がかかっても、技術者がそれを修正するために努力を払っていました。迅速な対応に改めて感謝いたします。私の姪と甥はこの施設を本当に楽しんでいました。 プールは清潔で、それほど大きくなくても素敵な形でした。朝食は素晴らしく、提供された食べ物は本当に新鮮でした。無料の朝食はファミリールームのみ（合計12名分）の権利があるため、全員が朝食を食べる機会があることを確認するために、1日目と2日目にローテーションを実施しました🤭😁 現在、スーパーキングまたはシングルルームに滞在している人は、新しい建設中（リッチマンヴィラ）のため、日中バルコニーの前で多少の騒音に直面する可能性があります。日中のほとんどは買い物で外に出るので、ホテルに戻った時にはすでに仕事が終わっているので、私たちにとっては問題ありません。 ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で、フレンドリーで、礼儀正しく私たちをサポートしてくれます。彼らにとっては良かった👍。市街地から離れた、本当に快適で贅沢な雰囲気の静かなホテルをお探しの方に強くお勧めします。

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Good Location but Parking Nightmare Rating: 3/5 I stayed at the Hatyai CC Hotel for two nights (July 3–5) and have mixed feelings. The Good: The room has clearly been recently renovated, and I must say the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable—I slept well (when I wasn't being woken up). it’s walking distance to Kim Yong Market, 7-Eleven, and the Lee Garden area, which made exploring Hat Yai very convenient. The Bad: I was placed on the 2nd floor, which faces the main road. If you are a light sleeper, beware. The soundproofing is practically non-existent. The traffic noise was very noticeable throughout the night. The Ugly (For Drivers): If you are driving here, please read carefully. They have 12 lots, but in reality, they squeezed 12 cars into a space meant for 10. The spots are so tight that once parked, you cannot open your car door fully. Expect door dings and scratches. Once those 12 ”lots” are full, you’ll be forced to park on the busy roadside. Verdict: Perfect for walkers who don't mind noise, but a hard pass if you value your car's paint job or need a quiet night's sleep.

As single women stay in this single room feels safe. Very nice hotel.. New hotel vibe. But for light sleeper will be effected due to club nearby. 7e, big c and mr diy nearby. Parking should be no issue. Got private parking. Deposit 300 bath per room. To add pillow need to pay 50bath.

Had a very nice night here before my flight. Although it is a bit odd to have your entryway be a glass facade so everyone walking by can see you (unless you pull the curtain in the middle of the day of course), the room itself and the reception team were very nice. Would recommend!

まず、ホテルの場所が、ホテルのページに表示されている看板と異なっていました。ホテルから200メートルほど離れたソンクラー大学の向かい側に「Bhundaree」という似たような看板があったので、タクシーの運転手はそこで降ろしました。中に入ると、オーナーが本当のホテルは裏側に行くように言いました。Googleマップと彼の道順を使って、私たちは間違った道に行き着いてしまい、そこにいた誰かが実際の場所まで案内してくれました。実際の場所は、マンションの向かい側、アパートの横にあるビッグCコンビニエンスストアの横です。夜8時頃に到着したとき、正面玄関が閉まっていて、私たちはパニックになりました。ドアの横に洗車場への道があったので、洗車スタッフが私たちをホテルの内側のカウンターに連れて行きました。実際には奥にありすぎていて、初めてだったので混乱して時間を無駄にしました。ほとんどの人が英語を話さないので、コミュニケーションにはGoogle翻訳を使用しました。英語が話せない受付係にとっては面倒でした。 私たちは1泊だけだったのでなんとかなりましたが、部屋はすべて良かったです。トイレタリーは持参してください。ほとんどの格安ホテルではトイレタリーを提供していません。レビューを見ていなかったので持参して良かったです。近くのナイトフードマーケットやクラブまで歩いて行けます。 ただし、Grab を利用するには時間がかかります。Maxim は使用しないでください。ドライバーが場所を勘違いしてキャンセルし続けます。Grab のおかげでようやく助かりました。場所は気に入りましたが、奥まった場所なので二度と行きません。 ありがとうございます。
