「I definitely recommend B.P. Grand Tower Hotel in Hat Yai if you want a great location, comfy rooms, and easy access to everything during your trip. The hotel is right in downtown Hat Yai, meaning you’re just steps away from shopping malls like Lee Garden Plaza, Odean Mall, Central Department Store, and many food stalls and massage places — perfect for exploring on foot without needing transport. The Hat Yai Railway Station is also only about an 8-minute walk away, which makes travel super convenient. Rooms here are spacious and comfortable (many guests said the beds are great and some deluxe rooms feel like suites), and there’s even an outdoor pool you can relax in after a day of sightseeing. It’s a solid choice if you care more about a clean, easy stay in the city center rather than luxury. The hotel is not brand new — some guests mentioned it’s a bit dated in places — but for the price you pay and how central it is, it’s still good value for money, especially if you’re planning to shop, eat, or visit night markets nearby. A few people found the hotel older and wished for renovations, but that’s common for great location hotels that are priced well.」

「The hotel design made me relax and very clean, the room is spacious and the staffs are kind and explain everything are very detail! I have an exercise in the gym room even is not big but the equipments are enough for you work out every part of body and the view you can see the swimming pool and the beautiful garden outside, listen the music by my own is totally relaxed. The Cafe shop just next the hotel, must go to take a rest. The breakfast have a lot of kind of food and you must grab some what you like. It’s recommended stay and come again 🙌🏽」

「マレーシアに戻る前に一晩滞在しました。町周辺の食べ物狩りのために立ち止まります。ホテルは戦略的に観光地にあります。ホテルの近くにはayyuthaya noddleレストランがあります。中央フェスティバルハヤイまで10分、リーガーデンマーケットエリアまで徒歩3分。地下に駐車場があるのでこのホテルが大好きです。ここに滞在するのはこれが3回目です。」

「well facilities, Fitness, swimming pool but a bit dirty, Cafe. Bathroom no partition apart from Wet zone and Dry zone. CASH Deposit only - this is non-convenience for deposit. Breakfast great variety foods and serve but tiny breakfast room. Great decorated. Good reception」

「アクセスしやすいロケーション。ホテルはセントラル フェスティバル (徒歩圏内)、ハートヤイ ターミナル、グリーンウェイ プラザ、マクロの近くにあります。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切で、英語をとても上手に話せます。ホテルに入るとスタッフが荷物の運びをお手伝いします。エリアはきれいです。私は特にスイミングプール（屋上にあるインフィニティプール）が好きです。屋上からは美しい景色を眺めることができ、プールエリアのすぐ横にバーがあり、そこでドリンクを注文できるので、リラックスするのに最適な場所です。食べ物に関しては、大好きだと言えます。さまざまな食べ物や飲み物（コーヒー、紅茶、牛乳、大豆、ジュース）があり、ダイニングエリアはとても快適に食事を楽しめます。私にとって、ハジャイの 10/10 のホテルです。」
