「We first stayed at Ocean Villas about six years ago and found it an excellent value for clean, basic accommodations near the beach. This time, we found the facility had gotten a nice exterior facelift, and the rooms were as before clean and serviceable. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Rooms have good-sized refrigerators, microwaves, sinks, and basic dishes. Beds are comfortable. Some rooms are much smaller than others for the same number of guests. Our room had only one small bedside lamp for lighting, though we found a second small reading lamp in the closet. There's a nice pool area with lounge chairs. There is no housekeeping (though one can have towels replaced by leaving them outside), and the office is only open briefly around check-in and check-out times (lockbox arrangements are made for those arriving later). Unfortunately, the price has increased significantly, while the facilities and service remain at the budget-hotel level, so the value for the money is not as good as in the past.」

「This is NOT a resort. This is a converted apartment building turned into a ”resort”. Other than a pool, I did not find any other resort facilities. It was an okay stay for 1 night.」

「Genial, la cama comodísima! 100% recomemdado! Muy cerca de Palm beach」

「Love this hotel, nice staff, clean rooms, close to beach and food!」

「We love staying at Ashley Brooke! This is a small business and the owner is on the premises. He is very laid back but also takes care of business promptly. He supplies guests with all you would need to walk to the beach (one block away), including umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, towels and a cart to carry it with! He also includes a self service cooler of bottled water. The pool is larger than most hotels and gets great sunshine. Rooms are bright and well maintained, although upgrading air conditioners to split units would cut down on noise. The kitchen is totally usable for making light meals. We had breakfast in our rooms and coffee every morning and also kept our snacks and ice cream for evenings. Publix is a short car ride away for groceries if you want to go that way. You can also walk to the restaurants from the hotel. Such a great laid back vibe here- we will be back again!」
