「Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this」

「Completely adequate hotel. Great location if you need to be on south side of Spokane (hospitals). Breakfast was a whirlwind, don’t show up in last 15 minutes! Location was quiet.」

「oh wow. i was freezing. the blanket was very thin. i wished for extra bedding but also didnt realize the expectation is to keep the jarring cranking rumbling wall heater unit on all night? ok. next time. not sure how a handful of screws got dumped by my tire? weird.the room is nice and fresh and the hosts are very kind.」

「Nice hotel, comfortable, good for adults and business. I will stay here again.」

「Dog friendly, parking is in a secure and video monitored lot. It’s across the street from a Dick’s Hamburgers. Great security, all doors are locked 24/7.」
