「The hotel fully matches the photos. It’s clean, cozy, and each guest has a private entrance. The only downside was that in our room there was no door between the bedroom and the bathroom, which felt a bit unusual. It was also a bit chilly in the room in the evening. The property itself is lovely, with a pleasant area for walking where you can even spot peacocks. A decent pool and a sauna. There is also a nice restaurant on site, where breakfast is served in the morning and you can enjoy a delicious dinner in the evening. The breakfasts are European-style, with especially tasty fish and fresh fruit.」

「Great place to stay! Stunning views. Washroom was so spacious one could dance in it. Breakfast was yummy with different types of cheese for you to try. Their bakes were good too. Comfortable beds.」

「upon arriving at the hotel the staff was super friendly. so helpful and polite and willing to help. the location of the hotel is a great and beautiful Franschoek. the room was okay it felt more like a Airbnb than that hotel. it was not what we expected and not for the price we paid. the room felt a little bit updated and they were some essential items missing. there was also no milk for your coffee and no coffee at all. if you want to order something you had to add an additional hundred rounds to get it delivered to your door. some of the things and the room let it felt outdated. the view of the parking lot is also not what was expected. the beautiful views were across the road in the hotel. The pictures was a bit misleading and disappointing when arriving to the room.」

「Мы были в этом отеле две ночи и это было потрясающе! После экскурсии на винном трамвае, мы поехали на такси в отель. Винодельня не большая, но очень уютная, комфортная и красивая. В номере нас ждала приветственная бутылка из вина. Была включена бесплатная дегустация из вин, было интересно и вкусно. Завтрак шведский стол, не плохой выбор, вкусно и сытно. Вечером можно поехать на ужин в Стелленбош, там много разных ресторанов на любой вкус, да и в целом погулять. Ещё мы брали массаж, это уже платная опция, но очень приятная и удобная, потому что делают прямо я номере. В общем всем рекомендую для посещения.」

「Обычный номер. Немного простоват по сравнению с другими моими бронированиями. Из минусов в номере очень холодные полы, вымощенные плиткой, и сломанная урна для мусора. Завтрак вкусный, правда, в последний день мне нужно было выезжать из отеля в аэропорт рано, и я попросила подать завтрак в 6:30, но мне сказали, что это очень рано. И вместо завтрака мне во время уборки принесли банан и яблоко (очень маловато для завтрака), думаю, можно было предложить что-то ещё. Сам отель расположен вдоль оживленной дороги, до центра города Стелленбош пешком не добраться, к тому же по ночам слышны какие-то посторонние звуки, которые не дают должным образом расслабиться.」
