Больше всего понравилась работа персонала - помогли нам по всем вопросам, по которым обратились. Очень приятно было! Сам отель чистый, интерьер понравился, окна в пол. Завтрак сытный, есть интересные турецкие закуски, выпечка, фрукты, овощи.

Kısıtlı olanaklar memnun kalmadım.

Stayed here for 4 nights on our short trip to Istanbul. The room was clean and had all the facilities you would expect. Although small, the room was enough for the two of us. The staff was especially nice and made our stay even better with their service. The breakfast was almost the same every morning with little changes everyday and that is not a bad thing. The hotel is very well located, walking distance from the station and walking distance from the mail tourist area. Plenty of shops, restaraunts and cafes around the hotel. There was construction sounds from a place near by which the hotel has no control over I suppose and it was only during day time when we would normally be out. I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Great location and good breakfast BUT pushy staff trying to sell you trips with guides. Very noisy rooms allowing you to hear your neighbour's flushing loo or shower. Building site next door to the hotel as a 5 storey building becomes refurbished. Rooms quite small. No bar. Do not get the hotel to order you a taxi as their taxis are twice the price than that of regular yellow taxis.

The staff were very attentive to every question we asked. Our room had a beautiful view of the Bosphorus and Golden Horn waterways. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast array included many local dishes which were quite tasty and the "safe" choices of eggs and potatoes as well. All in all our stay deserves a five star review. We highly recommend this hotel for itself and for it easy access to all the ancient sites in the Constantinople, old town, section of Istanbul.

Probably the pokiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was tiny and stank of cigarettes. When queried with the reception all I got was that all the rooms were non smoking rooms. It was clear that the hotel whilst advocating non smoking rooms it was not policing his in any way. I was not prepared to stay and immediately checked out. Needless to say the hotel refused to refund my money.
