「I stayed here recently and honestly? I loved it. First of all, it’s super easy to find and just about a 10-minute ride from Hangzhou West Railway Station if you take DiDi. If you’re arriving by train like I was, it’s pretty convenient. As soon as I entered, the whole place smelled so clean and fresh. It gave off that “you can finally relax now” vibe. Very inviting. I was also pleasantly surprised that it’s foreigner-friendly—just had to register, no deposit needed. Smooth check-in, no hassle. Now let’s talk about the room. I picked the one with a bathtub and city view—slightly pricier than the standard ones but 100% worth it. The room was spotless, the view was chef’s kiss, and I honestly felt like royalty the entire time. Everything was so comfy. Even the toiletries, which I usually don’t even notice, were complete, fresh, and came in their own little wraps and bottles. It’s the little things. What I also appreciated? The room looked exactly like what was shown online. No catfishing here. What you see is what you get. Oh, and shoutout to their doorman machine—it made it super easy to get my food deliveries without having to come down every time I got hungry. That alone made my life so much easier. All in all, it was a comfortable, relaxing stay. I’d definitely book here again.」

「在這裏住了3個晚上，一開始因為訂的其中一間房型在Building 1，有點擔心會是舊房型，但原來Building 1現在也有裝修完畢的房型（我們的是中古榻榻米房型）很新穎很乾凈，窗外就是綠植，非常舒適。入住時前台還免費讓我們另外兩間房型都升級成有浴缸的房型，浴室雖然設計感舊了些，但是也很乾凈。酒店四周綠意盎然，對面就是一個小公園，窗户一打開就能聽見鳥鳴聲 （圖10就是從我們房間窗户拍的）。酒店餐廳的食物也很不錯，早餐選擇算豐富。酒店位於景區內，步行約15-20 分鐘就可抵達雷峯塔，打滴也很方便。整體的體驗感非常好，也謝謝前台小潔的服務。」
