This is a good hotel in a convenient location. The staff was remarkably proactive, they even helped us with our laundry needs before we could inquire. And their service shines: when I left an item behind, they immediately helped locate it and arranged to have it shipped out to me. Truly above-and-beyond service that I greatly appreciate.

設備：スマートトイレも完備していて、シャワーシステムも素晴らしく、とても快適に入浴できました。ただ、ホテルの内装は見た目だけを重視しているようで、特徴的なデザインのトイレは朝になると光が差し込み、睡眠の妨げになりました。カーテンも遮光性が足りませんでした。 環境：通りに面しています。滞在中は、午前7時から道路の向かいで工事が始まりました。杭州市がどうなっているのか分かりませんが、清明節の期間中に工事を許可するとは。北京では警察に通報できるレベルです。

やらせではありません！まさかこんなにも自分好みのホテルに泊まれるとは思いませんでした！AtourやJi Hotelよりも良いと感じました！とても快適で幸せな滞在でした！ 清潔さ：非常に清潔で整頓されており、装飾も民国時代の特徴があって、とても心地よかったです。 設備：トイレには洗濯洗剤、洗顔タオル、マウスウォッシュがあり、とても素晴らしかったです。バスアメニティは佰草集で、トイレには大きな窓があって気に入りました。シャワーヘッドも快適で使いやすかったです！ベッドサイドにはワイヤレス充電、体重計、そしてスマートスピーカーの「小度（シャオドゥ）」がありました。部屋には無料の飲み物とおやつもありました。マットレスも柔らかすぎず、とても快適に眠れましたし、形状記憶枕もありました！とにかく全てに大満足です！朝9時にはおやすみ粥のサービスがあり、外の川の景色も美しく、外に出ればミシュランの朝食店も近くにいくつかありました。 もちろん、いくつか欠点もありました。小度（シャオドゥ）は使いにくく、コミュニケーションを取ろうとするとイライラさせられます。スマートスピーカーの「小愛（シャオアイ）」の方がずっと良いです。歯ブラシの質があまり良くなく、歯磨きが痛かったです。

今回、友人と杭州旅行に来ていて、たまたま携帯でこのホテルを見つけました。レビューが良かったので迷わず予約したのですが、結果は期待をはるかに超えるものでした！ホテルのロケーションはとても便利で、西湖や観光スポットへのタクシーでの移動も遠くありません。ロビーに入った瞬間、その美しさに感動しました。デザインは本当に凝っていて、古風で趣があり、江南の風情に満ち溢れていました。ロビーには書道台があり、毛筆で字の練習ができたり、漢服を試着して写真を撮れたりもします。友人と私はすぐにたくさんの写真を撮り、とても映えました！部屋は想像以上に清潔で整頓されており、ベッドも快適で設備も充実していました。ホテルは薬袋や足湯用の桶も用意してくれており、夜寝る前に足湯に浸かって、滞在した2日間ともぐっすり休むことができました。バスルームも清潔感があり、細部まで行き届いていました。朝食は和洋折衷のビュッフェ式で、種類も豊富でした。杭州の特色ある点心もあり、定番の洋食メニューもあり、味もとても良く、スタッフの方々も親切でした。この価格でこのクオリティは本当にコストパフォーマンスが高いです！非常に満足のいく滞在体験でした。友人との旅行にも、家族旅行にも、ここはお勧めです。次回杭州に来るときも、必ずここを選びます！

Service standards need to improve. If I pay more than 2500rmb for a night, it better be the cleanliness and experience of a 2500rmb room and nothing short. The whole idea of Rushi Forest is about peace and relaxation and that's what I'm exactly paying for right? 1) When I first stepped in, your guy starts rattling off 101 things. He doesn't offer solution when he told us a session starts at 4pm and it is already 3.45pm now and expects me to give an immediate answer if we'll be attending. He just wants an answer. I don't feel relaxed, having to make a sudden decision after a long journey. The other lady stepped in to save the day to offer solution that we can join the next day too, if it is too rush. 2) Day 2 Morning, breakfast time at the dining hall, no Air-conditioned?!? How relaxing can it be? I paid 2500rmb to eat in a stuffy and uncomfortable environment the moment I wake up?? Are you saving electricity or what? If it's not comfort and relaxation at your hotel, what am I paying for ? 3) Breakfast time, instead of serving 1 course at a time, in a relaxed healing manner like what your brand stands for, you suddenly come with all the plates filling up the table. What's the rush?!? 4) Immediately after serving all the food on the table, your guy asked ”Can we clean your room now?” WHAT'S THE HURRY?!?! Can you not disturb my morning breakfast and let me eat in peace? I am here to have a private moment with my partner having our breakfast why must you ask me about cleaning the room at this point of time?!? How relaxing and calm can my morning get? Isn't the purpose of the Wechat group is to communicate? Why can't you do it later in the group? WHY MUST IT BE WHEN I AM HAVING BREAKFAST AT THE TABLE? WHAT IS YOUR HURRY?!? 5) I told him politely I will let him know later when I'm ready for room cleaning. 6) Right after finishing my breakfast before living the dining hall, he asked me again can my room be cleaned?!?! STOP ASKING!!!! I TOLD YOU I WILL LET YOU KNOW LATER! WHAT IS THE HURRY?!?! 7) I went back to my room to get my bag and my car came in 5mins. Just before I left, he ASKED AGAIN at the entrance! Asking 3 TIMES IN 30 MINUTES?!? THIS IS NOT RELAXING AT ALL! CAN'T YOU WAIT FOR MY INSTRUCTIONS IN THE WECHAT GROUP?!? MY GOSH! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY! 8) Learn to know WHEN to communicate! 9) I killed a big spider on the floor, after room cleaning and returning back, the dead spider is still on the floor. So much for rushing me to give you the green light to clean the room 🙄 10) Your wooden holder for the controllers are filled with dust inside. Disgusting. 11) Your handsoap bottle, the sticker is peeling off, faded and damp. Disgusting. 12) The grey cloth originally on the bed, why is it put ON THE FLOOR after room cleaning?!?! Your cleaner forgotten to put it back on my bed and so you guys actually put things meant for the bed on the dirty floor and then back on the bed after tidying up?!?! Other details about peeling paint on the walls and bad touch-ups I shall not go further into details. It is not what I am expecting a 2500rmb room to be like. 500rmb Atour Hotel is even cleaner. Design of hotel and environment is on point. Let down by service and attention to details in cleanliness.

一人旅でしたが，せっかく杭州に宿泊するのだから西湖が見える部屋を予約しました。フロントや客室清掃などのサービス，客室の設備，朝食のバイキングの質など，いずれも四つ星ホテルに見合ったもので満足できました。老舗ホテルなので最近のホテルに比べると室内などやや古い感じがしますが，それがかえって落ち着いたよい雰囲気を出しています。遮音効果が低いとの口コミもあり，エレベーターホールに近い部屋だったので心配でしたが，3泊の滞在中問題なく静かに過ごせました。一つだけ残念だった点はシャワーの温度調整が難しく，適温にすると水圧が低くなってしまうため十分温まることができなかったことです。それ以外は不満はなく，また杭州に来る機会があればリピートしたいホテルです。

【設備】部屋は比較的新しいです。ダブルベッドルームは想像より狭く、ツインルームはもう少し広くて良い感じです。 【環境】交通は比較的便利です。大通りの脇でタクシーを拾えますが、狭い中山路ではタクシーが拾えないようで、少し不便です。 【サービス】部屋を掃除してくれるおばさんがとても親切でした。

Being A trip.com influencer here is my personal experience and opinion don’t waste your money The gym is not working The picture they uploaded is so old they don’t have this facility now for hot air balloon vouchers you need to pay more attention at least 250 yuan and for other voucher you can you one ride from three i prefer banana boat ride But there are lot of reasons that this hotel not suitable you can choose other better i also regret but overall Trip.com help and support me a lot i am really thankful for them The last some pictures i uploaded as reference they don’t have those things available even they have they say no and they try to charge money on each things Here below i explain each thing in details Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the service. As an international traveler, I found communication quite difficult. The staff spoke very limited English, and even though I can communicate in Chinese, it was still difficult to understand their accent and get clear information. I often had to ask the same question several times before receiving a helpful response. Another issue was that many services were not explained properly. The hotel provides transportation to different facilities, such as the swimming pool and other attractions within the resort, but no one clearly explained how it worked. I had to figure everything out on my own, which was frustrating. The barbecue experience was also disappointing. Although the hotel provided vouchers, we still had to pay additional fees to use the barbecue area, even though we brought our own meat and ingredients. At first, the staff said there was no available space, but after repeatedly asking, they eventually arranged it. I felt the staff were not very proactive or accommodating, and guests should not have to keep insisting to receive assistance. The location is another factor to consider. The resort is quite far from the main tourist attractions around Qiandao Lake, so you should expect to spend extra time and money on taxis if you plan to explore the area. If sightseeing is your priority, I would recommend staying closer to the main attractions instead. Overall, while the rooms, cleanliness, breakfast, and facilities were good, the service significantly affected my experience. I even contacted Trip.com customer service regarding my concerns. Personally, I don’t feel the current 9.2 rating reflects the overall guest experience, mainly because of the lack of communication and customer service. If you’re a foreign traveler, especially someone who doesn’t speak Chinese, I would recommend considering other accommodation options with more international-friendly service. Overall Rating: 4/10

夜の7時か8時頃に到着しました。ホテルでは無料のスープ、湖裡泉水、龍井茶の小箱を提供してくれました~~。 1. 宿泊体験は主に良好な生活環境を重視しており、休暇中に天気が良い場合は、プールと庭園に直接面したプールサイドの部屋を選択することをお勧めします。 比較的静かです。ホテルのスタッフはチェックインとチェックアウト時に荷物の受け取りを手配します。サービスはより丁寧で、より良い経験になります。 2. ホテルは麗吉龍山に位置し、龍井村と龍井茶道の八景のすぐ近くにあります。ホテル自体にはジムはありませんが、窓際の席で読書をすることもできます。 3. ホテルのシェフは悪くないと言わざるを得ません。私が到着したのが遅かったので、レストランで食事を注文するのが少し遅かったのですが、東坡豚肉と広東キャベツの炒め物はとても新鮮で美味しかったです~~もちろん食べられます。テイクアウトも注文してください。 4. 休暇中の観光名所の制限により、自家用車、オンライン配車サービス、タクシーには一部の出入り規制があり、予約時にご確認ください。バスも到着しています。今回の旅行は全てタクシーでの到着でした。ホテル入りは午後6時過ぎ、タクシーは正午にホテルに到着し迎えに来ます。 5. 茶摘み体験をご希望の場合は、予約に無料ギフトがあるかどうかを事前に確認するか、別途料金を支払うためにホテルに連絡してください~~

ホテルは杭州タワーの7階に位置しており、非常に便利な立地です。しかし、国営企業かどうかは不明です。個人的には、スタッフのサービスレベルは4つ星ホテルの基準を満たしていないと感じました。 1. 間違った場所に駐車しないように、事前に駐車場について電話で問い合わせました。スタッフからはセントラルモールの地下3階に駐車するように言われました。しかし、地下に到着すると、駐車場係員から、A棟の入り口まで車で行けば駐車場サービスを利用できると説明を受けました。自分で駐車してから歩くと距離が遠くなってしまうため、電話ではフロントからこのサービスについて説明がありませんでした。結局、A棟の入り口にある駐車場サービスを利用しましたが、子供連れや荷物が多い家族には非常に便利でした。駐車場のスタッフはとても親切でした。 2. チェックインの際、フロントは大人2名と子供1名で宿泊することを確認しましたが、大人用の歯ブラシが2本しか用意されていませんでした。部屋に到着後、子供用歯ブラシを別途サービスセンターに依頼しなければなりませんでした。フロントは子供がいることを知っていたはずなのに、なぜ子供用歯ブラシを用意してくれなかったのでしょうか？ 3. 部屋には有料のミネラルウォーターとトラベルキットがありましたが、料金が明記されていませんでした。料金が明確に表示されていれば問題ないのですが、ミニバーの料金表がテーブルの上の注文票で完全に隠れていて、その本当の目的が疑わしく感じました。有料ミニバーは普通ですが、このやり方は笑ってしまうほどです。 4. 仕事で一時的にパソコンを使う必要があったのですが、ホテルのビジネスセンターにしかパソコンがないと言われました。しかし、ビジネスセンターは午後6時に閉まってしまうため、ホテル全体で利用できるパソコンがなくなってしまいました。これまで宿泊したどのホテルでも、格安ホテルでも4つ星や5つ星ホテルでも、このような状況に遭遇したことはありませんでした。
