The housekeeping staff Mr. Jayram is very good in his work. Always smiling and perfect ! He helped us with all the necessary goods required during our stay. Best wishes to Jayram. He is very regular and honest. We look forward to meeting his again in our next visit.

I think this is the best hotel/resort in and around dwarka. The location is very convenient and nearby the temple. Check in was smooth. The rooms are good and well maintained. The pool area is nice. The buffet spread at breakfast and dinner is excellent. The gujarati thali during lunch is also a nice touch. The only letdown during my stay was the inconsistent supply of hot water. The hot water system was malfunctioning quite a bit and the main frustrating part was staff was not ready to accept unless u tell them 2-3 times. Nevertheless they tried their best after that to sort it out. Overall I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxed resort to kind of stay in dwarka.

Our stay at Hawthorne Suites by Wyndham in Dwarka was peaceful and the villa was nice and comfortable, especially with the poolside ambiance. Special thanks to Aadil from the restaurant and Shyamu from housekeeping, both of whom were extremely helpful and friendly. However, the food was a disappointment—limited options, and several items on the menu were unavailable when we tried to order. It didn’t live up to the standard of a 5-star hotel. The front desk service was also frustrating. They were not responsive to our calls, and we had to call multiple times for the same request. It was especially inconvenient since we were traveling with an elderly person, and booking a buggy car took over 30 minutes each time. Additionally, we booked a two-bedroom villa for four people, but the amenities provided were only for one person, which didn’t make sense. Overall, while the stay had its peaceful moments, several aspects of the service need improvement.

Fabulous property. Location is bit away from the hustle bustle of the city. Staff very good. Food excellent. Great swimming pool , health club and spa ( presently non operational). Plenty of activites for all age groups. Rooms spacious with balcony.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel during our visit at Dwarka. The place is very well maintained - super clean and proper. From the time, we walked into the hotel - we felt the warmth from all the onsite staff. The rooms are spacious, extremely well kept and has all the facilities you need. The pool is huge, clean and really nice for a dip. In particular, Aadil was a wonderful welcoming smile in the dining room. He made sure we got prompt and fantastic service and recommended local delicacies for my old mother. This hotel is 1 of the few nice places I have found around India. Strong recommendation!!

Property view is awesome and I enjoy everything in the property and best part is from breakfast buffet is very delicious and the services is also very good and service staff Like Naushad Aadil Shahid and Ankita take care of us at the breakfast. I prefer everyone about this property.
