「Ideal location, on street parking or public car park near by. 4/5 mins walk to nice area with bars. Lovely staff member greeted up and gave us a recommendation for places to go. Continental breakfast was ideal the next morning in a shared kitchen. Room was clean and bed was comfortable even though it was small but was only for one night. Would stay again」

「This is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again. Thanks so much for your great service!」

「建物内はどこも整頓されてて、おしゃれながらも清潔でした！ 部屋は小さく感じたけれど、インスタントコーヒーや紅茶とポット、冷蔵庫まで備え付けてあってヨーロッパのホテルにしては珍しく良い設備でした😆 駐車場がないのが残念ですが、中心部からは本当に近くベルファストの街自体も小さいので歩いて回れたのがよかったです👍」

「Brilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.」

「We were welcomed at reception by one of the friendliest receptionist we have ever met, Aimee or Emma was her name. Nothing was too much trouble for her from checking in to where to go for good food and entertainment, and inquired the next morning on how things went. The hotel is in a great location, comfortable and spacious rooms , have booked to return in April. The only thing we would say was missing was a sign on the footpath pointing out the hotel. Top marks all round .」

「Room was lsrge and well appointed with very large tv, fridge. Large walkin shower and plenty of tea/ coffee facilities. Shower was slightly cool but good sekection of toiletries. Service at dinner and bar was very good. Overall great stay at convenient location.」

「Everything's lovely! Really enjoyed my stay here. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, which made self-catering really easy. All the rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely kept – you can tell the place is well looked after. Would happily stay again!」

「The biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns. On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet. The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining. Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!」
