Pitchers House is a fine old Cotswold stone house fronting the Lower High Street, listed Grade 11 as being of special architectural and historic interest and dating from around 1750. The house is full of lovely period features, including a superb inglenook fireplace in the sitting room, stone mullioned windows, exposed beams, timber floor boards and stone flagged floors.The accommodation sleeps up to 10 people and is arranged on three floors with gas central heating. The Ground Floor: The front door leads down to a stone flagged Dining Hall with a large oak table, seating 10, and into a Sitting Room with an imposing inglenook, beams and a stone flagged floor. There is a large wood burning stove, three leather sofas and oak furniture. A good-sized Kitchen overlooks the back garden with a flagged floor, double enamel sink and waste disposal unit, reclaimed timber kitchen units with hardwood work tops, a freestanding Fridge Freezer, integrated fridge, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer, and a four oven Aga cooker plus an electric cooker. French doors open on to a terrace and an enclosed garden.
