「ホステルは素晴らしかったです。午前1時にチェックインできたのは大変助かりました（本当にありがとうございました！）。というのも、バスが路上で立ち往生してしまったからです。中心部（旧市街）までは徒歩20～25分、地下鉄までは徒歩10分です。女性用トイレには二段ベッドが1つとマットレスが2つあり、入り口すぐ右側にあります。正直なところ、このような場所は一晩泊まるには快適とは言えません。オーナーにお願いしたいのは、少なくともこの部分と通路を心理的に仕切るモスリンのカーテンを掛けてほしいということです。私は上段で、一晩だけ下段で寝ました。ベッドはこのタイプの標準的なベッドより少し高めですが、私には十分でした。部屋にはバスルームがあります！キッチンには調理に必要なものがすべて揃っており、浄水器も付いています。喫煙者用のバルコニーもあります。とても清潔で雰囲気があります。スタッフ全員がロシア語を話せるのは嬉しいです。またここに来たいと思っています。」

「Initial Scare as the Hotel staff informed that there is no reservation from Make My Trip in my name. It was midnight with language barrier as the staff seemed to be irritated with little English. I told that my trip is completely paid. She took 10-15 minutes to find the reservation. After that the smile came on her face. I was relaxed. Though they were able to gave two rooms at different floors against our wish, but we accepted as no other option. However, after that the entire experience was excellent in all respects. Comfort, Breakfast and Hindi speaking staff were highlights. We stayed for 3 days and second day, they shifted us to same floor.」

「It was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi. 1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name 2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****. 3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive). 4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)」

「位置：酒店本身在坡頂的民宅裏，大門不好找很隱蔽，就粉筆在大鐵門上潦草寫了一下，進了破院子還要細心找防盜門按鈴...不過位置本事在老城很方便，基本都是步行可達景點。 衞生：做的還可以，起碼看着乾淨。 環境服務設施：沒有早餐提供的，房間很小，有個歐式斜屋頂窗可以開，有暖氣、晾衣架、洗手液洗髮液沐浴液、吹風機和浴袍提供，能感覺到隔音不好但是大家都很安靜所以不影響休息，外面還有公用的熨衣器。 服務是沒有的，不主動要求的話連住時就完全不會打掃衞生，還有房子本身checkin台在二樓，房間也有可能安排到更高一層，做好準備要自己扛箱子1-2層木樓梯，前台完全不幫忙的，周圍有便利店和賣蔬果的店子價格公道很方便，也有餐廳。打車可以選bolt，不用自己爬上爬下石板路」
