It is an expensive place and you expect 5 star service, so the accommodation was well built but very minimalistic and the staff was not that helpful I order taxi for 2 people and after 1 hour a bike came I asked to add days to my stay and one staff confirm while the hotel was fully booked already, Really need to work on the service and it will be perfect

我們做了兩個別墅4天，承諾瓶裝水一瓶都沒有送，隔三天打掃一次衞生，四天有兩晚上沒有毛巾洗澡，叫酒店送，酒店第三天才送，前台在山腳下，下山衹能通過有限的幾輛電瓶車接送，沒有電話跟前台溝通，主要是通過App軟件，交通也極其不便，周邊沒有吃飯的地方，離海邊遠 設施：10分給4分 衞生：10分給7分 環境：3分 服務：1分

司機半途甩客，強行卸下行李，走錯路，沒有一句道歉…服務一團糟

服務相當一般，基本上沒有服務。衞生也不打掃！
