日陰の性質それは良いプライバシーです。個人的には好きです

快適で気配りのあるスタッフ。しかし、価格の割にはバンガローの設備は不十分で、最低限のものです。スイミングプールは快適ですが、冷たくて緑が多く、バーは営業しておらず、レストランでは朝食を除いて提供していません。ジムはホテルが廃墟になったような印象で荒廃しています。

Bungalows with fan were okay. I had to sleep i my sleeping pmbag because there is no blanket on the bed. The room also gets humid. The room is ok for 2-3 nights because it's cheap

The location and a**osphere are so great. Swimming pool water is abit old

Nice location at the bottom of a cliff with a nice pool the hotel needs a little love but is OK for the price I stayed in a basic hut with just a fan could of really done with ac but that's a personal choice. The staff were amazing and very helpful.

Локация только локация делает ваше пребывание в этом отеле прекрасным . Чудесная природа окружает территорию , бассейн прямо у скалы вау . Домики с виду уютные , но конечно уставшие . Полотенца были больше похожи на половые тряпки. В целом для тех кто ценит природу вам понравится .

El hotel esta lejos del centro, pero es lo que esperábamos. Ofrecen un bus gratuito que va del hotel al centro y viceversa, lo que esta muy bien. El alquiler de motos en el hotel sale también muy bien de precio. Las habitaciones mas baratas no son las mejores pero no están mal para pasar un par de noches. La ubicación es increíble, parece que estas en mitad de la selva.

Mey at front desk is very supportive ng give you genuine advise. She is so polite and understanding. Understood the situation and acted accordingly not like other receptionist who were money minded...

We loved the location which is quiet and very green. Though you have to walk a bit to get to the Main Street but it wasn’t a problem for us. Very relaxing and peaceful. Staff was really kind and helpful. And the pool is very beautiful and amazing we loved it ! Unfortunately it wasn’t very clean in our room when we arrived. And it said on *********** they had a restaurant and activities such as massages but they don’t or not anymore. Breakfast quality could be improved. Overall it was ok. Good price.

AVOID AT ALL COST! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Upon arrival we were met by two females staff who couldn't care less, they would whisper amongst themselves and laugh, it felt as though we were an inconvenience. We were then show to our room, at the time we had pre-booked the Deluxe Bungalow which was a double room with a double bed. However we quickly learnt that it did not look as the photos described, there were two single beds, the lady looked surprised and said that she will get the maid to put the beds together as we were a couple. We then asked if we could see an alternative room, the lady who had shown us then (whilst huffing and puffing) went to pickup keys for a different room, explaining that there would be a charge to "upgrade". We then learnt that this was the room we were meant to have been given, when showing her the photos to back this up she explained that this was an issue with the website we had booked through. Although this room had a "double bed" I asked if we could be shown an alternative room as this not meet the standards on the photos. Again in as though we were a nuisance the lady returned to the reception and asked if the other lady by reception could show me and my partner the last "pool side" room as she was tired. Not sure of all of the rooms "pool side" rooms, but the one we were shown barely had a view of the pool, in honesty you could see the corner of the pool. Me and my partner were obviously upset by this time and explained that this did not meet the standards advertised online, with no apology they said we could always leave at which point I didn't bother arguing and called the company I had originally booked with for a refund, as soon as this was authorised me and my partner managed to find a hotel 2 minutes down the road. From the mixed reviews I would imagine that it was once a nice place to stay but it seems that it is far from in its current state and under its current "management". WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
