デュオに泊まることを強くお勧めします。ロケーションは最高で、レストラン、バー、お店、ウォーターフロント、ピンク ストリート、タイムアウト マーケットまで簡単に歩いて行けます。スタッフは歓迎してくれました。街を散策した後、中庭に座ってドリンクを飲むのは最高でした。ダイヤモンド メンバーとして、ドリンク バウチャーをもらいました。部屋は、このようなロケーションでは当然ですが、少し小さめですが、素敵な家具が置かれ、とても快適です。ベッドと寝具は最高です。朝食はおいしかったです。ヒルトンには有料駐車場がありますが、通りの向かい側にも駐車場があり、夜間駐車には安く済みます。早めにチェックアウトする場合は、午前 7:30 まで開かないことに注意してください。

This is a great new addition to the Hilton Portfolio in Lisbon. Great location, large rooms, beautiful garden and a really tasty breakfast. We really enjoyed our time at Duo. We very much want to thank Daniel from breakfast. Great guy that makes great coffee.

It was our first time in Lisbon and the hotel was very close to the city center. The breakfast was amazing, great eggs and fresh fruit. However what truly made this a memorable stay was the service we received, specially from Raquel and Diego were extremely attentive and caring with us. Would recommend for sure!

This new hotel has a great location, it is walking distance to the old part of town and all the tourist sites. The staff is very friendly & courteous and everyone speaks English which is very helpful. I would strongly recommend it for tourists and everyone traveling to Lisbon.

We stayed at the Duo Hilton Lisbon post cruise in late Nov. The Duo is in a great location for sightseeing with many sights/restaurants/bars/shopping within walking distance or by public transit ride (The hotel is quite new as told by the taxi driver that drove us from the cruise port). The Duo has a beautiful courtyard and offers a great breakfast (great when you are Gold/Diamond status). I also want to compliment the hotel front desk staff for being incredibly helpful with directions, assistance with Uber (e.g. lost driver), and other tourist tips. The check in was chaotic may be due to higher number of check in from passengers off the cruise. The check in staff were overwhelmed plus the printer broke down and took time for the staff to get it going again. We were offered an upgrade to a junior suite (part of being Diamond status - hope next time got similar treatment w/o Diamond status?). We were told the room should be ready around 1pm so we went off to explore the neighbourhood. However when we got back by 1:30pm was told the room still unavailable. So sat in the lobby to wait as was tired and the room was not ready until close to 3pm (would have been nice if the check in staff could offer tea or coffee during our wait). The front desk staff are nice and might need some additional training to be at the Hilton standard. Our suite is on the 2nd floor on the new section overlooking the court yard and the suite is nice. However, the staff came by within an hour after we got in the suite and told us that the coffee table need to removed for polishing (the table was never returned for the 5 days we were there. There were a couple issues that got us worried about the standard of this hotel: 1) The house cleaning staff: one morning when we were going off and observed the house cleaning staff cleaning the room across from our suite was using a used pillow case polishing the glasses! Not sure if that is an approved Hilton standard? 2) We informed the front desk staff that the hotel was blasting music over the court yard at 6 am and we were told the music should only start at 7am. Well nothing was changed and we got woke up at 6 am daily by the bass sound during our stay (great alarm clock). The restaurant is the hidden gem and the servers are very friendly. My wife especially look forward to our daily breakfast especially the daily special juice (one of servers made the special juice daily). A variety of cold cuts, bread and pastries are served plus eggs/omelette made to your request is offered. There were some issues that keep this hotel from getting a perfect score but we would still consider returning to this hotel as these issues might be due the growing pains. The location of this hotel is great and is a nice boutique hotel even if we don't get an upgrade.

Worst experience at this Hilton as a Hilton Honors Gold Status member. Go anywhere else if you expect great customer service because you will not get it here. The hotel itself is well maintained, beautiful and clean, unfortunately their customer service left a lot lacking. The front desk staff are all cold and don't care about customer service at all. Raquel in particular was RUDE, condescending and not very helpful at all. I will be back in Lisbon but will not be staying at this Hilton property again and if you care about being treated kindly don't stay here!
