We had another excellent time at Grand Solmar! Everybody there is friendly and helpful and staff was amazing. Manny and the rest of the team are excellent and Fernanda at the desk was also very helpful and an excellent dancer at the Fiesta!.. Juan at the pool was also excellent and took care of all our needs. We have been there many times and we took friends who hadn't been to Cabo in 20+ years....they we blown away by the resort and staff. Thanks for an amazing stay!

My wife and I selected Nobu because it is situated outside of town and it seemed like it would be a bit more low-key than some of the other options in the greater Cabo area. We were pleasantly surprised with our selection. It was, indeed, the right choice for us as we were looking for somewhere to relax and reset. We weren’t interested in traditional tourism activities or proximity to the town; just comfortable room, good dining options, and great service in a beautiful, relaxing environment. We succeeded in those things, as the room was great, all the restaurants wherein we dined were fantastic, and the service from start to finish was outstanding. (Note: I’m sure Nobu offers plenty of options for activities, we just did not seek them. Also, we did arrange an Uber to town one afternoon and it was an easy and relatively inexpensive process - roughly $20USD) It was notably windy and could feel cold at times; the temperature of the pools could feel a bit cold too. But during the heat of day, it was quite refreshing to have that breeze and cooler water. Our service by the pool was fantastic, so overall we had a great experience. Admittedly it was a bit of a bummer that the beach area wasn’t really suitable for use during our stay (May 2023). It appears swimming is forbidden or highly discouraged at all times due to the currents, but not sure if the beach itself is more accessible when it is less windy out. Regardless, my wife and I enjoyed our time at Nobu and found our stay to be exactly what we needed to wind down and enjoy ourselves.
Alberto helped us to and from our room. He was prompt, efficient, and handled our items with such care! Everytime we seen him during our stay, he made sure we were being taken care of properly. Thank you so much for a great experience! The entire staff at Pacific Dunes are extremely helpful. Can't wait to come back!!
ゲゲスト場所と良いレビューのためにメダノホテルを選びました。天井ファンとリモートを備えた快適で清潔な部屋にACを走らせてとても満足しました。4階からプールを見下ろすバルコニーは、夕方に座ってライブ音楽を聴くのに最適な場所でした。ピクルス、緑を入れる、プールテーブル、ピンポン、フットボール、エアホッケーなど、利用しなかったアクティビティがたくさんありました。無料で利用できるジムは驚くほど素敵です。無料の洗濯機さえあることに驚きました。ウェイター、アランは、朝食ごとに喜びでした。彼はコーヒーを来させ続けました。無料の朝食オプションは複数ありました。卵は少し平凡でしたが、新鮮なイチゴのパンケーキはとてもおいしかったです。サルサは卵の味を助けることができました。私たちの場所から、私たちは小さな丘を上って約25マイルを歩いて、メダノビーチまで再び下りることができます。週末は人口が多いですが、週はそれほど多くありません。ビーチ沿いの地元の人々が買い物をしているとき、彼らは非常に早く古いです。私たちは、マリーナの西側(おそらくプレイヤサンゴの黒人)のビーチを見つけました。食べ物はホテルから歩いて簡単に、Taco Gardenias(エビ&魚のタコス!)とEl Polo de Oroでリーズナブルで美味しかったです。El Polo de Oroのみの現金で、最高のサービスのために左側に座りました。Docecuarenta casa de cafeのスイーツは退廃的でした。
ゲゲストI called 6 hours before check in to find out if we came before 3:00 check in time, would I be able to get into our room. The front desk manager told me there wouldn't be a problem. When I got there at 2:00 she told me that we would have to wait until 3 pm for a room unless I wanted to pay to upgrade to a suite. She did find me a room, it was a queen, and cost less however she still charged me for a king. The handicapped parking spaces are behind the hotel and you need to be able to climb 9 stairs. I asked if the manager was there and she said yes. I asked to speak to him and he never called me. I have stayed at this hotel about 6 times and there must be new bad management. About the room, it's very tired. There was a can light over our bed that flickered on and off all night. I always check the clock in the room and this one was off 1 hour. How long ago was the time change? This is my go to to see if a hotel is well run. This one isn't. My husband couldn't shower because he wasn't able to climb into the tub. The kings have walk in showers not tub showers. In all the years of being a care taker this is the first time that this has happened. Karma will pay that front desk manager a visit. I hope she remembers why. Thanks to the maintenance man that helped my husband stand up. He's one of the good ones.
ゲゲストOur stay at Corazon Cabo was more of a nightmare than a dream vacation, so much so that we ended up cutting our trip short.
The hotel’s tasteful decor and prime location initially seemed to promise an idyllic stay. However, the reality turned out to be quite different, and not in a good way.
We were subjected to an intense, incessant push for a timeshare presentation, which felt more like a scam than a genuine opportunity. Despite declining on numerous occasions (well into double digits), the sales pressure from the hotel staff was relentlessly intrusive, turning our supposed relaxing getaway into a stressful experience.
The deception didn’t stop there. When we tried to book an activity through the hotel, we discovered that they attempted to charge a higher price than listed, and once again, tried to rope us into their timeshare program. These unscrupulous practices left us questioning the hotel’s business integrity.
Further dampening our experience was the hotel’s decision to turn off the AC in the common areas during periods of low occupancy. This cost-cutting measure, carried out without consideration for guest comfort on sweltering hot days, was a glaring indication of the hotel’s disregard for guest experience.
Room comfort was another area where Corazon Cabo failed to meet expectations. Despite the visual appeal of the room, we were plagued with a leaky shower that led to a persistently damp bathroom floor - an inconvenience that felt even more egregious given the high per-night cost of the room.
Given the host of disappointments we experienced at Corazon Cabo, we ultimately decided to cut our trip short and change our flight to head home a day early. This was an unfortunate conclusion to a vacation that had promised so much.
In summary, while Corazon Cabo might lure in guests with its attractive facade and desirable location, our stay was marred by persistent, high-pressure sales tactics, questionable business ethics, and a disregard for guest comfort. Until these serious issues are addressed, I would strongly recommend prospective visitors to look elsewhere for their stay in Cabo.
