私たちは2泊の素晴らしい滞在をしました。ホテルは多くの歴史と町に歩いているか、湖で泳ぐのに最適な場所を備えたクラシックです。フォーマルなレストランは素晴らしかった。湖の見える部屋を必ずお願いします。ピザレストランは、素晴らしい景色を眺めながらカジュアルなディナーに最適でした。

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for four nights to celebrate his birthday and our anniversary. The hotel is beautiful and the room was great, but we had severe food poisoning from the hotel. We ate breakfast, lunch and then had dinner at the arte restaurant to celebrate our anniversary and the next day experienced terrible food poisoning and ruined a day of our trip. When we told the front desk as well as the the manager we were spoken down to, scolded, and were told we didn’t know how food poisoning worked. Since we had not gone to a doctor (we’re not local) they said there was no proof that we had food poisoning and essentially treated as though we were liars (not exactly how you want to feel after getting sick for the last 10 hours). They did not offer us anything and said it was our word against theirs (again, we had exclusively eaten at the hotel). We are understanding that mistakes happen but the way we were spoken to was so incredibly rude. We then contacted the general manager and he offered to cover a future meal. We’re not local, and certainly won’t be making the effort to go back. Overall, beautiful hotel but incredibly disappointed in the staff and service, especially after paying so much for our stay.

We stayed here for our honeymoon - it was glorious! The only ”issue” was with Mother Nature - the wintry cold set in the day before we arrived, so we didn't get to take advantage of our gorgeous private balcony to take in views of the lake. It was quite cloudy and cold. That being said, the staff was incredible, the rooms were AMAZING, the beds were comfortable, and the spa was relaxing. The private shuttle took us to town as well as the train station. We were also able to order coffee service to our room the day we left because we had to depart early, before breakfast. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for relaxing and staying put, and for an elegant, elevated experience. It is a bit far from the downtown Lugano area, so if you plan to go out and explore, be sure to arrange transportation with the front desk (unless you have a car). All in all, a great experience!!

Perfetto !!!!! La posizione è fantastica vicina al lungolago e al centro. L’appartamento inoltre è bellissimo e molto luminoso ed è ancor meglio dal vivo che dalle fotografie. Nuovo e curato in ogni dettaglio. È come soggiornare in una moderna Suite di un hotel, accappatoio, ciabattine, tisaneria, cialde per il caffè e tutte le informazioni utili per visitare la città e i dintorni. Gabriele ha l’ufficio proprio all’interno dell’edificio ed è molto disponibile e gentile. La sua presenza ti fa sentire come se soggiornassi in hotel. Ci ha accolte in anticipo rispetto l’orario del check-in rendendo così il nostro soggiorno ancor più comodo e piacevole. Ogni appartamento ha un posto auto assegnato nell’ampio garage sottostante. Questo rende il soggiorno più rilassante e l’appartamento più economico rispetto ad altre strutture perché è compreso nel prezzo cosa inusuale per Lugano. Guardando il sito diretto vi si aprirà una chat per chiedere informazioni. Noi abbiamo scritto li e ci ha risposto Gabriele che ha seguito tutta la nostra prenotazione e il nostro soggiorno lasciandoci anche un cellulare aziendale per qualsiasi necessità. È una persona stupenda, gentile ed educata e ci ha omaggiato anche di una piacevole sorpresa di cioccolatini. Che dire…. Grazieeeee di tutto. SUPER CONSIGLIATO, IL TOP DI LUGANO!!!!

It is a hotel where you feel welcome and well treated as a guest from the very beginning. Even if not very fancy, it has all the adequate infrastructure and staff that treats you like in a five star hotel.

Excellent séjour! Magnifique hôtel, très bien situé en face du lac et à côté du funiculaire et du bateau. Le hall d'entrée et l'escalier sont magnifiques! Chambre extrêmement propre, bien agencée, belle salle de bain. Excellent petit déjeuner et dîner! Personnel très serviable et agréable. A vivement recommander, nous reviendrons!!! Seule fausse note: la réceptionniste a oublié de nous donner le Ticino Ticket: du coup nous avons payé tous les transports plein tarifs et c'est la dernière après midi que le monsieur du funiculaire nous en a parlé et que nous l'avons réclamée mais un peu tard..
