「立地は抜群で、地下鉄3路線が徒歩圏内にあるため、市内を移動するのに非常に便利です。客室は広々としており、手入れが行き届いていて、とても清潔です。窓は防音性が高く、外の騒音は全く気になりません。ホテルには便利なアメニティも揃っており、ロビーは居心地が良く、スタッフは親切で協力的です。 全体的に非常に良い滞在でした。唯一の難点は、早朝から廊下で大声で話すハウスキーピングスタッフでした。客室のドアの防音性が低いため、まるで部屋のすぐ外、あるいは部屋の中で話しているように聞こえ、睡眠を妨げられました。もっと静かに話すか、廊下で大声で話すのではなく、別の方法で連携を取ってくれたら、ずっと良いと思います。」

「This is the best hotel in Europe in this price range. It is located in the best place in the city center of Sofia, walkable to various kind of restaurants of all kinds. 5 minutes walk to subway station. The hotel room is huge and provided with adequate amenities. Not to mention the high standard of services , staff are friendly and endeavor to help.」

「Located in a business park out of town but that suited us for what we were doing. Room was amazing, bed was comfortable, room service was great, bathroom products were good, buffet, and spa was also amazing.」

「Best 5 star property in Sofia hands down. .The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead. .The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice. .The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing .The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property. To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect. I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia.」
