ゲゲストLocated in a business park out of town but that suited us for what we were doing. Room was amazing, bed was comfortable, room service was great, bathroom products were good, buffet, and spa was also amazing.

ゲゲストThe Junior Suite was wonderful, essentially a studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, large windows, a private balcony seating area and extensive shelf space. The bathroom was very modern with a very nice tall shower. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large, with a couch. Definitely a great place for both short and long stays.
There were a few small inconveniences in the room, but nothing that affected our stay (water seemed to leak over the door of the shower onto the shower mat; toilet seat was very stiff and loud to open/close; closets were very wide but oddly short to accommodate extra drawers, so too small to hang dresses in full length; the automatic lighting inside the closets did not turn off correctly; and our key card stopped working in the middle of our stay and had to be fixed at the reception). The hotel is very close to a tram stop, so it's easy to get into the city center, and it's also very close to the Cultural Center. It is a bit more of a trek to walk into the city, but still possible in 20 minutes or so. The hotel is located on a small street off the main road and the sidewalk leading up to it is very narrow and in disrepair. You would not guess that the inside of the hotel is so sleek and modern based on the older surrounding area.

匿匿名ユーザー広くて快適な部屋でしたが、もう少し手入れが行き届いていると良かったと思います。冬は北東からの大気汚染がかなりひどいので、西向きの部屋を選んだ方が良いでしょう。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。空港シャトルが幹線道路まで行くのに、ホテルの出口に300mのアスファルト舗装道路があれば良かったと思います。現状の荒れたオフロードの凹凸は、かなり目障りです。

私は最近Hotel COOP Sofiaに滞在し、受付係の一人であるMarianaと不快な経験をしました。私が部屋に氷を頼むためにレセプションに電話したとき、彼女はかなり失礼な口調で私に知らせました!ホテルが部屋に氷を届けてくれず、自分で氷を集めるために階下に来なければならなかった。
前夜に部屋で氷を受け取ったと説明しようとすると、突然電話を切ってロビーに降りて状況を明らかにすると、彼女の行動は受け入れられず、謝罪が適切であると彼女に言った。彼女は謝罪するのではなく、「忙しすぎる」と主張し、「ゲストが多すぎる」と述べましたが、当時ロビーは完全に空でした。
それから彼女はまた、私がまだ氷を欲しがっているかどうか軽蔑的に尋ねました。私は彼女の上司と話をするように頼みましたが、彼女は私が何を意味するのか理解していないふりをしました。最後に、彼女は紙コップに少量の氷を持ってきました。私が主張した後、彼女はアイスバケツとトングを持って戻った。
このレベルのサービスは、このカテゴリの4つのスタートホテルから期待されるものよりはるかに低いです。経験は非常に否定的な印象を残しました、そして私は間違いなく再びここに滞在しません。

.The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead.
.The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice.
.The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing
.The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property.
To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect.
I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia.

ゲゲストThe hotel has a great location in the centre of the city and is great for tourism. Great food in the restaurant for breakfast and throughout the day. Staff in the restaurant and hotel were friendly and helpful. Nice stay for six nights.

ゲゲストThe attitude of the receptionist was unprofessional, rude and unacceptable.
For one hour, the whole hotel didn’t know how to charge my credit card, as their credit card machine doesn’t follow EU rules for 3D security, thus jeopardising clients’ private data. I wasted a full hour on the phone with my bank, only to find out that the hotel doesn’t follow rules on how to securely handle credit card data. The management kept telling me that it’s my fault, despite the fact I never before have had problems with card payments before.
Breakfast food was decent, with a choice between a couple of set menus.
The hotel was clean, rooms were quiet, and it was situated and in a convenient location, within 3-4 minutes from the nearest metro station.
Some of the photos on their site are dated, as the interior is different now.

MMixixibizhougongsunlongソフィアに夜遅く到着したので、空港のすぐそばにあるこのホテルを予約しました。空港からホテルまでシャトルバスが出ていて、とても便利でした。ホテル全体は比較的きれいで新しいのですが、部屋は非常に狭く、一泊するだけなら十分という感じです。各階にウォーターサーバーがあって、水が飲めるのは良い点だと思いました。
