「施設は予想以上に素晴らしく、とても清潔で静かでした（3階）。エレベーターもあります。テレビは巨大でしたが、他のサービスも提供されていたものの、パスワードを入力する必要がありました（私は入力したくなかったので）。そのため、普通のケーブルテレビしか視聴できませんでしたが、私たちにとっては問題ありませんでした。エアコンはとても冷たかったです。冷蔵庫は少し変わっていて、説明も分かりにくかったですが、問題なく使えました。朝食は提供され、量も十分でした。通りを渡ったところにレストランがあり、徒歩圏内です（交通渋滞を避ける方法を知っていれば）。滞在するには良い場所で、また泊まりたいと思いました。」

「Great experience for us, first time stayed in a ”boat house”, we find it very interesting and peaceful, everything is clean and equip, the view on deck was beautiful too. The only thing might need to bear in mind is all boat are right next to each other, and we are glad there was no big party / noise going on in the evening. If we have time, we will definitely stay for a few more days to enjoy the 'on boat life'.」

「This property is approximately 1 hr from Key West. Check in is handled remotely, works very well and we found the 2 night stay met our needs at a reasonable cost. A restaurant is within walking distance, (we did not use but there were good reviews posted online). A short drive from the property provides multiple restaurant choices.」

The Coral Cove is a newly constructed spectacular home in the secure, gated community in The Tides at Vaca Cut. This designer decorated coastal beauty is situated right on the waterway with quick direct access to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. Relax in the private pool and hot tub and dine al fresco as the sun sets. With plenty of space for 12 guests, this 2293 square foot home has all the amenities you could want. Relax & enjoy Casita Mar located in Marathon, the heart of the Florida Keys, on MM 52. This lovely home sits on the Atlantic Ocean side with a beautiful view of the ocean & just one house to the open water. With 35 feet of dock space at the beginning of the canal, it can accommodate a wide variety of boats.
We have a no-smoking & no pets policy.
Casita Mar is a half-duplex home with 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. With ample covered parking, 1080 square feet under central A/C, and a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
For your boating/fishing needs: fish cleaning station, water access, bait freezer at the house, & public ramps located minutes away.
For your convenience & entertainment needs: central air conditioning & heater, unlimited wireless internet, free Wi-Fi, charcoal grill, outdoor hammock, washer, dryer, 65" 4K Smart TV, & fun board games.

Seashells Getaway is located in the beautiful Marathon, Florida. It features all the comforts of home and it offers the perfect home base for exploring the Florida Keys. Decorated in a coastal style, the condo has a warm and relaxed feel inspired by the ocean and its shades of blue.
This beautiful condo is located in the quiet and desirable Coco Plum neighborhood. Located on the ground floor, you will find an inviting bedroom featuring a queen bed and a full bathroom upon entering the premises. The living area has with smart TV, nap-worthy queen sofa-bed, countertop with two stools and well-appointed kitchen. Enjoy your preferred drinks on the outdoor seating area or lounge together in the A/C after a day at the beach or discovering the many attractions in the Florida Keys.
The condo boasts amenities like laundry, iron/iron board, air dryer and beach towels. Shampoo, conditioner and soap are available for the guests as well as laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. It has a regular coffee maker and it also another one compatible with K-Cup pods, which can be also used with your own ground coffee with the included reusable pod.
The building complex has a pool (heated during winter and chilled during the summer) and a nice outdoor sitting area on the waterfront.
The condo does have boat/trailer parking, boat ramp and slip available upon an extra fee and advance reservation. There are also fish cleaning station, water hook ups, and shore power. More details about how to access the boat ramp, boat ramp size, boat slip size, channel depth and any other boat required information will be shared upon boat slip reservation.
Please note that all vehicles and boat/trailers must display proper parking permit to utilize the premises, which will be shared few days prior to check in. They also must be lawfully registered with visible and valid tags.
Pets under 20 lbs are allowed per HOA Guidelines.
To prepare for your Keys pursuits, a local land line phone and welcome brochure are at your fingertips. The phone may be used to make calls to anywhere in the US at no charge.
City of Marathon requires a minimum rental of 7 nights and maximum occupancy of 4 guests. No exceptions!
Monroe County Tourist Development Tax of 5% is collected on this booking and host is responsible of remitting the taxes to the county.
