私は平均して年に 2 ～ 3 回峨眉山を訪れ、多くのホテルや B&B に宿泊しました。私が出会ったスタッフはとても親切で、どの部屋も子供向けの設備を含め、細部にまで配慮が行き届いています。デンタルキットとスリッパ 暖炉のそばでお茶を淹れるのは最高でした。ベッドはとても快適で静かでした。家族全員が私を何度も褒めてくれました。社長の意図がとても伝わってきて、ゆっくりとした感じがあり、焦りもなくとても気に入ったのでまた来ます❤️ 今週末は楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました、ありがとうございました。 （今日は天気がとても良くて、山の頂上が見えました、幸せです）

I can't say enough about how stunning this hotel is. Nestled in a breathtaking mountain area, the natural beauty all around is truly captivating. The hospitality we experienced was exceptional. Our host went above and beyond, assisting us with everything we needed. He even provided transportation and cooked delicious meals for us, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Our room was nothing short of spectacular. We were given a top-floor suite, boasting a spacious terrace with panoramic views. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the scenery. The breakfast each morning was delightful, offering a variety of tasty options. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to return.

Our stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The rooms were excellent—very comfortable, clean, spacious, and well maintained—but what really made this hotel special was the incredible level of hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel prepared a special welcome dinner for us, and they also organized a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. They went far beyond what we normally expect from a hotel. Transportation was arranged for us to different tourist attractions, as well as to train and bus stations, making it extremely easy to explore the area. The staff also helped us plan our excursions to the different mountains nearby, giving us recommendations and making sure we were properly prepared. For our excursions, they even prepared lunch boxes with food and provided shoe covers, rain protection, umbrellas, and everything else we might need depending on the weather. These small details made a huge difference and allowed us to simply enjoy the experience without worrying about logistics. What impressed us the most was how attentive, kind, and proactive the entire staff was. They didn't just provide accommodation—they genuinely cared about making our whole trip as comfortable, easy, and enjoyable as possible. Whenever we needed something, they were ready to help, often anticipating what we might need before we even asked. The combination of excellent rooms, outstanding service, transportation, excursion assistance, thoughtful meals, and personal attention made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel, especially to anyone planning to explore the mountains and attractions in the area. チップトップサービスを備えた驚くほどきれいなホテル。朝食は素晴らしくて美味しかったです。部屋には小さなタッチがたくさんあり、無料のフルーツバスケット、いくつかの香りのよいアメニティとノートが付いている悪い、通常のティーバッグの代わりにティーセット用の茶葉、和風の便器など、素敵な体験になりました。電車で到着する場合は、1日前に駅からの送迎を手配できます。ホテルは山の中腹にあります。ホテルのすぐ外にシャトルバスの駅があり、ピークの近くまで行くことができます。また、ホテルのすぐ隣には、観光スポットの1つへの1-2kmウォーキングパスがあります。

Le Méridien Emei was the best part of my Emei trip, especially with the bad weather. Spacious room with a nice mountain view. Loved the large bathtub — perfect for a hot soak in the cold. Good location with restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Short ride to 报国寺站 to take the bus up to Mount Emei. Breakfast mostly local, but basic options like bread, eggs and sausages available. Seems popular with families — many staying over the weekend.

峨眉山の真ん中に近い美しいホームステイ。ホームステイの食べ物は絶対に美味しかったです。 2日間の滞在中に3回食事をし、シェフの特産品をもっと試してみてほしいと思いました。スタッフも訪問する方向性やアトラクションに非常に役立ちました。また、近くのバス停への無料送迎も提供しました。私たちがその地域にいるなら、間違いなくここに再び滞在します。

カスタマーサービススタッフは非常に熱心で、あらゆるニーズを迅速に解決します。私たちは焚き火を囲んでお茶を淹れ、3人分の料理を注文しました。料理の種類は豊富でした。 99元の二人前セットメニューもボリュームたっぷりで、下山後に温かいトウモロコシと豚スペアリブのスープを飲んで、とても心が温まりました。 18元の軽食セットもとても美味しかったです。夜、子供たちがお腹を空かせたので、フロントデスクに行って食べ物を注文しました。すぐに準備され、部屋に届けられました。 山に登る前に、フロントデスクにルートのヒントを具体的に尋ねておいたんです。そうしないと、間違ったバス停に行ってしまうところでした。どうもありがとうございます！ 登山の後は、専用の中庭や公共の温泉プールでゆっくりくつろぐことができます。 次回峨眉山に来るときは、このホテルに泊まりたいと思います〜

最高！今年出会った中で最高のホテルです。ホテル経営に真剣に取り組んでいるのが伝わってきます。25年ぶりの新築という理由で選びました。この禅ホテルは癒されるような気分です！玄関を入ると、ほのかな禅の雰囲気が漂い、中庭の流れる水と木々が、すぐにリラックスさせてくれます。フロントの女性、シャオ・チューさんのサービスも素晴らしかったです。部屋も禅風で、窓の外には山の景色が広がります。夜は虫の鳴き声を聞きながら眠りにつき、朝は太陽の光で目覚めることができます。まさに楽園のようです。ホテルを出てロビーで車を待っている間、オーナーが自分で買ったフルーツを喜んでくれました。

This is not a 4 or 5 start resort. It’s a 5 star room down the river. The restaurant was closed when we were there, so called gym does not exist at all, swimming pool is small like a pond and the bigger one is for kids. There is no garden or anything that covers the road and the bridge you can hear easily while staying down the swimming pool. The big bonus is the bathroom- big and modern exactly like on the picture and the spring water hot tub that works well and can create a great time during the night as you can hear the river. Light system is amazing. You can find any light that you need to set up a mood. People are very nice and friendly. The front desk does not have ‘ business card’ and location of the hotel was written down on a paper. Really little things that shows this place has a potential but not in the current set up. You can’t lock the room door when you are not inside- only the garden gate. Who would design such a thing? I know it’s a safe destination but still. There is no safe either. People create this place special but it does not meet a high standard resort score.
