ゲゲスト私は平均して年に 2 ～ 3 回峨眉山を訪れ、多くのホテルや B&B に宿泊しました。私が出会ったスタッフはとても親切で、どの部屋も子供向けの設備を含め、細部にまで配慮が行き届いています。デンタルキットとスリッパ 暖炉のそばでお茶を淹れるのは最高でした。ベッドはとても快適で静かでした。家族全員が私を何度も褒めてくれました。社長の意図がとても伝わってきて、ゆっくりとした感じがあり、焦りもなくとても気に入ったのでまた来ます❤️
今週末は楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました、ありがとうございました。

ゲゲスト褒めるべきことが多すぎます。部屋は快適で清潔で、景色は素晴らしいです。文字通り公園の入り口まで徒歩2分。彼らのレストランを試してみることをお勧めします。私はまだ彼らのチキン料理によだれを垂らしています。とても美味しいですが、家庭料理で新鮮な感じがします。彼らのサービスも素晴らしく、峨眉山の観光方法に答え、案内してくれました。とても役に立ちます。フロントデスクだけでなく、すべてのホテルのスタッフが歓迎してくれました。残念ながら、1泊しか予約しませんでした。このホテルを強くお勧めします。峨眉山を再び訪れるなら、間違いなく私の最初の選択肢です。

ゲゲストI can't say enough about how stunning this hotel is. Nestled in a breathtaking mountain area, the natural beauty all around is truly captivating.
The hospitality we experienced was exceptional. Our host went above and beyond, assisting us with everything we needed. He even provided transportation and cooked delicious meals for us, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient.
Our room was nothing short of spectacular. We were given a top-floor suite, boasting a spacious terrace with panoramic views. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the scenery.
The breakfast each morning was delightful, offering a variety of tasty options. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to return.

山に登る前に、フロントデスクにルートのヒントを具体的に尋ねておいたんです。そうしないと、間違ったバス停に行ってしまうところでした。どうもありがとうございます！
登山の後は、専用の中庭や公共の温泉プールでゆっくりくつろぐことができます。
次回峨眉山に来るときは、このホテルに泊まりたいと思います〜

ゲゲストLe Méridien Emei was the best part of my Emei trip, especially with the bad weather. Spacious room with a nice mountain view. Loved the large bathtub — perfect for a hot soak in the cold. Good location with restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Short ride to 报国寺站 to take the bus up to Mount Emei. Breakfast mostly local, but basic options like bread, eggs and sausages available. Seems popular with families — many staying over the weekend.

ゲゲストThis is not a 4 or 5 start resort. It’s a 5 star room down the river. The restaurant was closed when we were there, so called gym does not exist at all, swimming pool is small like a pond and the bigger one is for kids. There is no garden or anything that covers the road and the bridge you can hear easily while staying down the swimming pool. The big bonus is the bathroom- big and modern exactly like on the picture and the spring water hot tub that works well and can create a great time during the night as you can hear the river. Light system is amazing. You can find any light that you need to set up a mood. People are very nice and friendly. The front desk does not have ‘ business card’ and location of the hotel was written down on a paper. Really little things that shows this place has a potential but not in the current set up. You can’t lock the room door when you are not inside- only the garden gate. Who would design such a thing? I know it’s a safe destination but still. There is no safe either. People create this place special but it does not meet a high standard resort score.

ゲゲストCleanliness and location are good, and this hotel has the potential to be an excellent place to stay if it can improve in the following areas:
1. Power outlets: Please consider providing alternative outlet types such as Type C (two round pins) to better cater to international guests. The current Type I and A outlets are more suited to local use. Emeishan was my final stop after visiting Chongqing, Yichang, Enshi, Chengdu, and Gaoping — and all those places provided Type C outlets. Because of this, I was unable to charge my phone here. Although the front desk staff eventually helped me with charging (somewhat reluctantly), I believe hotel staff should proactively offer assistance in such cases. Good service is essential in the hospitality industry and is what gives a hotel a competitive edge.
2. Bathroom hangers: At present, the only option is the grab bar inside the shower cubicle, which is impractical since clothes get wet during showers. Proper hooks or hangers in a dry area of the bathroom would be much more useful.
3. Bathroom amenities: Providing a floor towel (bath mat) would allow guests to dry their feet before stepping out of the bathroom, adding comfort and safety.
4. Storage: Instead of only a few wall hooks, a proper hanging closet or wardrobe would greatly improve convenience for guests.
5. Luggage storage: A luggage rack should be provided so guests do not have to leave their bags on the floor.
These may seem like small issues individually, but together they significantly affect the overall guest experience. I share this feedback not as a complaint, but in the hope that it will help the hotel improve for future guests.

ゲゲストVery good place with very good value for money. Also the location is very good they have a parking lot right in front of the Hotel which is very convenient and the service and hospitality of the people who work there is great. they helped us a lot with some inconveniences we had outside the hotel and with recommendations of things to do. We stayed in the top floor room on the ninth floor with a mountain view, very nice for Leshan. We traveled with our dog and they were very kind to him at all times.

スタッフはあまり親切ではなく、むしろかなり失礼です。例えば、ミルクティーを作ってくれた女性や、1人を除くフロントデスクのスタッフのほとんどがそうです。シャトルの運転手には感謝しなければなりません。彼はとてもフレンドリーで、本当に歓迎されていると感じましたが、他の人は皆、私を邪魔者扱いしました。私の中国語はそれほど上手ではありませんが、精一杯努力しました。無料のミルクティーを作ってくれた女性は、私がもう一度言ってほしいと頼んだ時に邪魔者扱いされ、それが何なのか説明すらしませんでした。私がこれまで宿泊した他のホテルと比べて、WeChatでの対応もそれほど親切ではありません。
もう一度言いますが、シャトルの運転手さんには感謝の気持ちを伝えなければなりません。名前は聞き取れませんでしたが、とても明るく親切な方でした。トイレの詰まりも何度か解消してくれました。配管のトラブルだったのか分かりませんが、ほぼ毎回詰まってしまい、残念ながら何度も電話をかけてしまいました。しかし、彼は毎回とても辛抱強く親切に対応してくれ、私の滞在中のハイライトとなりました。WeChatのカスタマーサービスサポートチャットで冷たい態度を取ったり、無料ミルクティーの選択肢がわからないからといって怒鳴り散らしたりするのではなく、彼のような態度を他の宿泊客も見習うべきです。

VVanessa The location for this hotel was amazing! It was right on the river and it also was right next to the food street, which was so fun and bustling full of energy. It only took an 8 min car ride to get to the Leshan Buddha statue by car. This is hotel’s infrastructure is old but the actual rooms look newly updated. It has a nice projector, although we could never figure out how to increase the sound (so you might need to check with them), and it has comfortable beds and a tub. The tub in our first room didn’t drain so we had to switch rooms. Then the tub in the second one drained even when the plug was in so we needed to make a quick bath. But for staying one night, these inconveniences didn’t bother us. The best thing about this hotel was being close to the food street and just walking out our hotel door conveniently to try all the Leshan delicacies. We also enjoyed walking along the river and seeing the ayis dance and the mini stands selling things. You could walk to the buddha view in just 10 min too.
