ゲゲストカナダから旅行中です！ここは今まで泊まった中で最も美しいホテルの一つです！楽山大仏観光エリアの中心に位置し、チケット売り場も歩いてすぐです。ホテルはモダンでありながら素朴な雰囲気が漂う素敵な空間です！細部までこだわった内装で、ベッドは快適で、部屋全体が清潔でした！宿泊料金に含まれていた朝食ビュッフェは、種類も豊富でエスプレッソマシンもあってとても美味しかったです。スタッフの皆さんは皆とても親切で、とても助かりました！質問があれば、WeChatで小亭さんに問い合わせることができました！すぐ目の前にはLuckinもあります！またぜひ泊まりたいです！

MM17672****私は平均して年に 2 ～ 3 回峨眉山を訪れ、多くのホテルや B&B に宿泊しました。私が出会ったスタッフはとても親切で、どの部屋も子供向けの設備を含め、細部にまで配慮が行き届いています。デンタルキットとスリッパ 暖炉のそばでお茶を淹れるのは最高でした。ベッドはとても快適で静かでした。家族全員が私を何度も褒めてくれました。社長の意図がとても伝わってきて、ゆっくりとした感じがあり、焦りもなくとても気に入ったのでまた来ます❤️

ゲゲストカスタマーサービススタッフは非常に熱心で、あらゆるニーズを迅速に解決します。私たちは焚き火を囲んでお茶を淹れ、3人分の料理を注文しました。料理の種類は豊富でした。 99元の二人前セットメニューもボリュームたっぷりで、下山後に温かいトウモロコシと豚スペアリブのスープを飲んで、とても心が温まりました。 18元の軽食セットもとても美味しかったです。夜、子供たちがお腹を空かせたので、フロントデスクに行って食べ物を注文しました。すぐに準備され、部屋に届けられました。
山に登る前に、フロントデスクにルートのヒントを具体的に尋ねておいたんです。そうしないと、間違ったバス停に行ってしまうところでした。どうもありがとうございます！
登山の後は、専用の中庭や公共の温泉プールでゆっくりくつろぐことができます。
次回峨眉山に来るときは、このホテルに泊まりたいと思います〜

MM345925****周邊環境：隱匿於綠植間，周邊無嘈雜人羣，臨近美食景區，文藝靜謐，是放鬆身心的絕佳之地。設施：小眾質感風，設施嶄新，遮光窗簾、靜音空調設計貼心，洗漱用品小眾且好用，盡顯用心。服務：工作人員專業細緻，主動詢問需求，提供個性化服務，無打擾式關懷，體驗感超棒。衞生：清潔細緻，房間整潔清爽，床品柔軟無污漬，衞生間乾爽無異味，每一處都透着精緻。

First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience.
Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service!
Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay.
Facilities:
The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale.
Location:
About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient.
Breakfast:
Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting.
Environment:
The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway.
Overall:
The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.

ゲゲストCleanliness and location are good, and this hotel has the potential to be an excellent place to stay if it can improve in the following areas:
1. Power outlets: Please consider providing alternative outlet types such as Type C (two round pins) to better cater to international guests. The current Type I and A outlets are more suited to local use. Emeishan was my final stop after visiting Chongqing, Yichang, Enshi, Chengdu, and Gaoping — and all those places provided Type C outlets. Because of this, I was unable to charge my phone here. Although the front desk staff eventually helped me with charging (somewhat reluctantly), I believe hotel staff should proactively offer assistance in such cases. Good service is essential in the hospitality industry and is what gives a hotel a competitive edge.
2. Bathroom hangers: At present, the only option is the grab bar inside the shower cubicle, which is impractical since clothes get wet during showers. Proper hooks or hangers in a dry area of the bathroom would be much more useful.
3. Bathroom amenities: Providing a floor towel (bath mat) would allow guests to dry their feet before stepping out of the bathroom, adding comfort and safety.
4. Storage: Instead of only a few wall hooks, a proper hanging closet or wardrobe would greatly improve convenience for guests.
5. Luggage storage: A luggage rack should be provided so guests do not have to leave their bags on the floor.
These may seem like small issues individually, but together they significantly affect the overall guest experience. I share this feedback not as a complaint, but in the hope that it will help the hotel improve for future guests.

ゲゲストI can't say enough about how stunning this hotel is. Nestled in a breathtaking mountain area, the natural beauty all around is truly captivating.
The hospitality we experienced was exceptional. Our host went above and beyond, assisting us with everything we needed. He even provided transportation and cooked delicious meals for us, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient.
Our room was nothing short of spectacular. We were given a top-floor suite, boasting a spacious terrace with panoramic views. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the scenery.
The breakfast each morning was delightful, offering a variety of tasty options. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to return.

スタッフはあまり親切ではなく、むしろかなり失礼です。例えば、ミルクティーを作ってくれた女性や、1人を除くフロントデスクのスタッフのほとんどがそうです。シャトルの運転手には感謝しなければなりません。彼はとてもフレンドリーで、本当に歓迎されていると感じましたが、他の人は皆、私を邪魔者扱いしました。私の中国語はそれほど上手ではありませんが、精一杯努力しました。無料のミルクティーを作ってくれた女性は、私がもう一度言ってほしいと頼んだ時に邪魔者扱いされ、それが何なのか説明すらしませんでした。私がこれまで宿泊した他のホテルと比べて、WeChatでの対応もそれほど親切ではありません。

匿匿名ユーザー全体的に見て、ホテルはとても良く、便利で、清潔で衛生的です。バトラーのシャシャさんのサービスはとても丁寧です。ジムがあり、子供用のプレイルームはそれほど大きくありません。ホテルのスーププールは屋内と屋外にたくさんあります。さまざまなニーズに対応できる小さなスーププールもあり、豊富な朝食を長時間にわたってご利用いただけます。スーププールは毎日掃除されており、午後1時30分にホテルに到着しましたが、翌日午前9時頃にチェックアウトすると、スーププールに水が溜まっていました。長い間水が抜かれており、ウェイターはスーププールをすすいで掃除していました。午後にはバブルアクティビティを楽しめるプールもあり、写真を撮るのに最適です。

Check in desk staff do not even know a single word of English even though they have studied it since grade 2.
They won't even look at you if you can't speak Chinese. Wanted to know what airport I flew into China from even though I am on a spouse visa and have been here for 7 years. Creates nothing but problems.
The hotel itself is a new renovation of an older building. The owner has spent lots of money on materials to make the place look new, however inside the room those materials were installed by perhaps the worst and dumbest installers ever. There is silicone and paint overpsray everywhere.
The bathtub is nice but of course the drain doesn't work right and the water supply fittings turn in circles because they weren't installed right.
The walls of the shower and toilet room have never been cleaned not even after construction. There is still construction dust and silicone everywhere.
Sad that they would hire such a worthless installer to install premium quality items
The cleaning staff is friendly however they will scream loudly and horque a loogy and spit right outside your bedroom.
Downstairs on the third floor is a tea bar overlooking the river. It is nice but if you ask for coffee in English they don't understand. So I asked for coffee in Chinese and they still didn't understand. Useless.
Overall for most people they would probably enjoy this hotel. It's got a great location and is a new renovation. The AC worked very very well.
