「2022年疫情緩解期間來過，當年的床墊是乳膠床墊和乳膠枕，也是國慶小雨，一夜好眠、睡得特別踏實，回家後特意找了同款床墊。多年過去了，想念樂山的甜皮鴨就再次預訂這家，2025年還是一樣的房間，一樣的佈局，一樣春風和煦的老闆娘，洗手液、沐浴液依舊一樣的牌子，香噴噴的；衹是沒有小長沙發了，變成2個綠色條紋懶人沙發和懸掛的藤條椅、白色靠枕有些明顯的污漬，還是應該用深色靠枕；也沒有了乳膠床墊和乳膠枕，變成了普通彈簧床墊、比較硬，枕頭有硬按摩石、硌得臉疼、翻過來睡才可以；銅工藝的花灑孔也堵住了，大水壓呲得皮膚疼，拆下花灑頭才好用，下水通暢；這個價位和環境在國慶期間是很划算的，衹是想起初見時的驚艷，有些遺憾而已。」

ゲゲストWhat an amazing stay. First time in Emei and while this isn't a walkable hotel, the hotel staff took such good care of me. They helped organize taxis, tea farm visit, rides to the bus station to get to the summit and Qingyin Pavilion, food everyday for breakfast and dinner (I'm celiac and they were able to serve me food every day twice a day that never made me sick, very impressed). The hot springs in the room stayed perfect temperature all the time and were a great nourishment after long day to the summit or hikes. They even did a tea service for us when asked about tea. Well worth the cost and then some. Make sure to get WeChat so that you can message them, that's where all the coordination and help happened the easiest (since I don't speak Chinese).

- the location is fantastic with lots of hiking nearby and easy to get to the buses for Mt. Emei
- the staff are very friendly
The bad:
- the hotel is definitely looking tired and dated: chipped woodwork in the rooms, flaking paint on the balcony.
- only one of the many bars is open. Everytime we wanted to order something we were shown a huge menu, only to then be told most things were not available - this included wines, beers and food.
- the hotel was incredibly quiet with the restaurant and bar being completely empty most of the time we were there. Whilst not the hotel’s fault, it dead mean a complete lack of atmosphere.
- various items were listed as included when booking with Trip.com - none of them were available or in fact included.
- when advise was needed from reception: the information given was often not accurate. The staff were wonderfully friendly, they just did not seem to have accurate information or to check it.
Overall: this was the most expensive hotel booked during my three week tour of China and the most disappointing. I would unfortunately not recommend, especially in low season.

匿匿名ユーザー紅珠山ホテルでの滞在は、私の期待をはるかに超えるものでした！まるで天然の酸素バーのように、緑豊かな緑が幾重にも重なり、空気は草木々の爽やかな香りで満たされています。客室は設備が整っており、隅々まで清潔で、非常に快適な滞在となりました。朝食は驚きの美味しさで、種類も豊富で、何度も食べたくなるような、個性豊かな特製料理もいくつかありました。中でも忘れられないのは、森林温泉です。屋内外にいくつものプールがあり、特に栄養豊富なミネラル温泉は、心身ともにリフレッシュし、リラックスすることができました。滞在中は、バトラーサービスも素晴らしく、細やかな配慮で、行き届いた対応をしてくれました。道順の質問や施設の利用方法など、どんな些細な質問にも、辛抱強く、きめ細やかに、そして的確に答えてくださり、まるで我が家のようにくつろげました。次回も必ずこのホテルを選びます！

LLanJiangWe initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff.
When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough.
If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting.
A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance.
If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay.
A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks.

ゲゲストThis is a very good location hotel if you intend to visit Emei Shan and The Chuan distillery. A 10min and 15min car ride brings you to the Emei Shan bus stop and Distillery respectively.
The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It has a very nice park outside the breakfast area and we enjoyed our morning walk after the breakfast galore. Breakfast spread is awesome.

匿匿名ユーザーI'm so impressed with this hotel/resort. It gives the vibe of luxury and comfortability. Its location is so close to Emeishan Railway Station. If you don't carry big luggage, you could wait for the bus Line 13. It's only four bus stops away, opposite a gas/patrol station. For me, I boarded a taxi from the train station and the hotel paid for it.
The staff were wonderful and helpful to me. As I don't speak Chinese, they were eager to help, using the mobile translation app, to make sure my stay was comfortable and convenient.
The room I stayed in was huge, with two queen size beds, decorated to accommodate a family with children. I love the big private bath tub next to a wide window, allowing you to enjoy the view. It's clearly designed for families with young children. There was even a big giant teddy bear and a tipi in the middle of the room for kids to enjoy.
The hotel also has a full size swimming pool. Unfortunately, I didn't get to use it as I spent a lot of time in my huge private bath tub.
I want to give special thanks to Ms. ”Little Horse” for being so welcoming and helpful. She even gave me a bottle of drinking water when I checked out and arranged a taxi for me returning to the train station. Impressive!

ゲゲストWhat a lovely place! The hotel is very nice, clean and in good location. Breakfast in Chinese styes. We love it! They have a hot spring as well and the staffs are super friendly and helpful. You can walk to the emeishan ticket center within 3-5 mins. Surrounding area also have to small waterfall which it is really peacefully. Recommended!

ゲゲストGreat service from all the staff here, who took good care of our needs during our stay. The free transfer from train station to the hotel is convenient. Special mention to Mr Li, the manager of the hotel, who was easy to deal with, and he tried his best to resolve issues during our stay.
The hotel is renovated within last few years, looks good, is clean, but the functionality of the rooms is not as well designed as it could have been. Having said that, it was overall a pleasant stay.
Location of the hotel is within a short walking distance to the Tourist Centre to enter Emeishan, and is situated right next to the river. Restaurant options nearby are limited however, and many not opened, perhaps due to current low season for tourists. Hotel breakfast is descent with reasonable range of food to choose from.
