オーシャン・シティーのWi-Fiがあるホテル

Only the second time that I have been compelled to leave a review on Trip Advisor. From the moment we were allowed to check in Anna at the front desk recognized the size of my truck and went above and beyond to ask an employee to move their vehicle and secured a space to accommodate easy in/out for my truck and family. What started as an uncomfortable 1st night sleep due to a bad mattress, was quickly rectified by Anna and the maintenance staff early Saturday morning. Anna worked with maintenance and housekeeping to replace the mattress that had an entire side of bad springs with a new mattress and fresh linens, even going above and beyond the maintenance staff recognized the difference in the two mattresses and replaced both. Beyond satisfied with the service and quick action. As a side note, the room was clean and fresh, but I don't believe that housekeeping would have noticed the bad mattress and perhaps prior occupants never raised the issue to the front desk, leaving the issue for follow-on hotel guests. I live by the motto of leaving something better than found and besides ensuring a comfortable stay for myself, but hopefully a more pleasant staff for hotel visitors for room 509 into the future! 素晴らしい場所

I love the Hilton Garden Inn at the Virginia Beach Ocean Front. All the staff is so nice and very friendly. Ronnie the valet is super nice. He always has a smile on his face and is super-fast at getting your car. The only problem I had for the last couple of years is that the vents in the rooms are not cleaned. I mean never. They are filthy. I would get another hotel, but I would not have the view like at the Hilton. Every morning, we watch the sun rise and also see the dolphins swim by. If I had a side view of the ocean, I would be very upset. I hope this year the housekeeping staff cleans those vents, in the bathroom also. I hope when I return in the summer of 2025 I don't have to take my dust rag and charge the Hilton for cleaning the room.

Our 2 king bed room on the fourth floor was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable, the room was large, simply and adequately furnished with a comfortable side chair, desk and desk chair, big screen TV, lots of drawer storage and very nice balcony overlooking the pickle ball courts. Our housekeeper, Alice, did a wonderful job making sure our room was spotless. The Sea Bay Cafe associated with the hotel was delightful and the restaurant manager, Miguel was outstanding.

We had a wonderful time at Paradise Plaza! We had the Dolphin Suite, which was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is perfect - right on the boardwalk - and they allow pets, which made our two cats very happy! I especially want to give a shout-out to a very helpful staffer named Logan. The thermostat in the smaller bedroom of the suite wasn't working (the one in the big room worked fine) so we called the front desk. Logan came to fix it, but determined that a crucial part (condenser coil, I think?) needed to be replaced, but would need to be ordered. He offered to switch us to a different room, but we declined. So instead, he brought us not one, but TWO enormous fans so the room would stay cool! Great staff at this hotel! We're already looking forward to staying here next summer!

This is our go to hotel in OC, clean and directly on the beach. The hotel is safe and there is plenty of parking. Pool bar and food was good with a nice staff. There is also a Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby which was handy. Hotel is on the expensive side but it delivers a good experience.

When you book a hotel room in Ocean City between Memorial Day and Labor Day, you can count on two things: Astronomical rates and a guest experience below what you’d expect elsewhere for those prices. The Doubletree has both. But if you accept the reality that this is the new normal for all OC hotels during the busy season, you could certainly do worse than the Doubletree. The good: The rooms and common areas are clean and generally well-maintained. This isn’t an easy accomplishment with the combination of sand, salt air, and a seasonal housekeeping staff. The beachfront location is hard to beat. There are also nice pools with plenty of chairs as well as a spacious picnic area. The staff is friendly and helpful. Unlike a lot of the newer hotels, the walls are not paper-thin and there are no connecting rooms. It’s not loud. Needs Improvement: The room’s thermostats are locked at 68 degrees and the AC units are very loud, turning off and on throughout the night. With the high humidity of ocean air, the system is not up to the job. (For us, this was the one dealbreaker that would keep us from returning. Your tolerance for it may be higher). Housekeeping is hit or miss: One of our days they came, one day they just forgot. Service at the restaurant is slow and inattentive. Some of the electrical outlets in our room did not work. The property looks dated, and several minor things need maintenance. Bottom Line: If you want to pay dearly for a beachfront hotel in peak season, the Doubletree is a decent choice. It’s family-friendly, clean, and the location is hard to beat. Don’t expect the experience you’d get at an urban Hilton for the same premium rates, and you won’t be disappointed.
