A good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.

漢江路でこれほど素晴らしいロケーションのホテルはなかなか見つかりません。昼夜を問わず、息を呑むほど美しいパノラマの川の景色が広がります。地下鉄駅もすぐ下の階にあるので、移動も非常に便利です。アトゥールホテルの設備は清潔で明るく、広々としていて快適で、文句のつけようがありません。特に50階からの眺めはおすすめです！朝食も素晴らしく、ボリュームたっぷりでした！充電に困っていたのですが、フロントの親切なスタッフの方々には、専用のプラグを使ってすぐに対応していただき、本当に感謝しています。本当にありがとうございました！

長沙から武漢へのトランジットの際、武漢関を通過した際に貴社のマルコポーロホテルを選びました。外から見ると、歴史的、文化的な意味合いを持っているように見えます。実際、何か特別な場所にあります。部屋のタイプがアップグレードされ、より快適に過ごすことができました。主な理由は、遮音効果が非常に高く、眠りが浅かったためです。また、ホテルのスタッフのフェリックスが熱心に案内し、ホテルの4階に案内してくれたので、ホテル内の設備に偏っていたジムやスパのサービスがとても快適で、疲れを癒すことができました。ほとんどが出来が悪く評判も良くなかったのですが、この点ではフェリックスの積極的な紹介が素晴らしいと思いました。さらに特筆すべきは、Hemaのテイクアウトを注文したのですが、ホテルの入り口にあるテイクアウトボックスに荷物がなかったので、少し腹を立てて1階のフロントに行きました。フロントデスクは、「いいえ、わかりません」と言い、最終的に、彼は私をテイクアウト店に連れて行き、間違った住所を入力したことを確認しました。それを知ったフェリックスが友人のオフィスに連絡すると、「しばらくお待ちください」と優しく言われ、テイクアウトのスタッフに連絡するよう電話し、テイクアウトであることを確認してから取りに来てもらいました。友人の会社にいることが確認されたので、携帯電話を使用して QR コードをスキャンして Hema のテイクアウトを開き、用事も Hema が私に代わって Hema を受け取り、マルコのホテルに届けてくれました。私は使い走りにサービスを早めるように頼み、30分で届けてくれました。この丁寧でプロフェッショナルなサービスと細かい点に本当に感銘を受けました。しかし、このHemaのテイクアウトは大したことではありませんでしたが、フェリックスは全体を通して私が真剣に問題を解決するのを助けてくれました。彼の論理的思考は明晰で組織的で、プロセス全体を通じて笑顔で自信を持ってテイクアウトや用事のスタッフに向き合っていました。それはあなた自身の問題であり、武漢マルコポーロホテルには模範的なサービススタッフのフェリックスがいて、安心できます。安全にここに滞在でき、私の持ち物も守られます。ここは武漢で最も人道的なホテルです。ここに長居せずにはいられません。また一流のホテルに泊まりたいです。

今回の漢陽出張では、非常に地理的に優れた盛捷未来センターサービスアパートを選びました。部屋の面積は同じ価格帯の星ホテルに比べて大気があり、施設も十分に整っていて、個人的には部屋全体の体験が十分にできると思っています。公区は大きくありませんが、ジム、サウナ、スタジオなどがあり、しかも普通に予約して使用することができます。星ホテルに比べて有料の施設が多く、このホテルの付加価値サービスは十分だと思います。ホテルのサービスはさらに思いやりがあり、youkoさんとロビーマネージャーのAprilさんの2人のスタッフを特別に表彰し、彼女たちのサービスの下で、今回の宿泊体験をグレードアップさせてくれました。武漢への旅行需要があれば、特にこのホテルをお勧めします。階下は地下鉄の口で、各観光地にも近く、エレベーターは階下のビジネスセンターに直行できて、とても便利です。

Quanji Hotel, Xiangyang review I spent two nights at Quanji Hotel in Xiangyang, and I left with a mix of impressions some solid wins, one or two quirks, and a sense that this place knows what travelers like me actually want after a long day of sightseeing or meetings. First impressions - Exterior and lobby: Modern, clean, and uncluttered. The lobby feels calm, not trying too hard to impress you, which is nice after a long train ride. The check-in process was smooth, with staff who spoke enough English to help, but not so much that you felt talked down to. - Location: Pretty convenient depending on what you’re here for. It isn’t in the center of Xiangyang’s busiest streets, but you’re within a comfortable walk or short ride to key spots, plus there are eateries nearby that aren’t overhyped tourist traps. Room and comfort - The room itself was a solid 4-star vibe: tidy, well-lit, and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in what feels like a busy area. The bed was comfortable—firm enough to support a good night’s sleep but soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re lying on a board. - Amenities: Decent desk space if you’re traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi, and a reasonable layout. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and a practical layout. A few small things felt a touch “budget-first” like standard toiletries and a shower curtain rather than a glass enclosure—but nothing deal-breaking. - Cleanliness: Overall good. 1. Hotel location is perfect as the Three Gorges Tourist Center is just diagonal opposite the hotel, and Wanda Shopping Mall is also just next to it. 2. The hotel is new, and the smell of the new wooden furniture is too strong and I guess that's why some of the doors of the unoccupied room (included mine) were open which I personally felt a bit uncomfortable as any guess may just step in to any room to do something silly. 3. I stayed for 3 nights, and 1st 2 nights was ok but on the 3rd night, someone checked-in and occupied next to my room, I was in the middle of my sleep and suddenly a piercing sound entered my ears, the sound last for almost 1 min and it seems not ending and so I contacted the counter to seek for help, the counter staff explained that the location of the toilet of room# 1310 is next to the bedframe of room# 1309, they can send me the ear plug for time being and let me change the room the next day. I told them I will be checking out the next day and I am not use to sleep with an ear plug, I hope the sound will end soon and I also tell the staff to escalate this matter up. During my check-out, the counter staff had asked how was my stay and I told her the incident too. I told her that I am not happy especially when the hotel said they can help me to change the room on the next day, my comment was if the hotel already know of this problem, so why are they still arrange guest to stay in room# 1310?? At the end of the day, I am being given some snacks and small souvenirs and 2 bottles of mineral water as compensation. My question to the hotel: why put the blame on the design/layout and not employee training?? Why you know this is the problem but yet still allow the problematic room to be occupied? For the seek of the reputation of the hotel, please shut down the problematic room until you fixed the problem!

**の建物をリノベーションした瀟洒な外観ながら中は現代的運営のシティホテル。暖房もシャワーの水圧も合格。7階に無料ランドリーもあり、とても助かる。朝食はまあまあ。何よりスタッフ、とりわけフロントの女性スタッフの方が中国語片言の私に大変親切にしてくださって助かりました。なお、女性スタッフの冬服のコートがとてもオシャレです😊最寄り駅は2号線の江路汉站ですがそこから少し離れています。江汉路站は出ると歩行街になっていて賑わっているし、周辺は**の建物なので、遠めですがあまり気にならないと思います。最後、お土産まで頂きました。また利用したいと思うようなおもてなしでした。
