The hotel is a big one and has alot of facilities inside. Every Day is a activity from 21 30 That is making the end Day a very pleasent one. More then half of our vacation i felt spoiled by the staff with cocktail and sweets. Regarding the service ,all was very pleasent and no issues what so ever. We hale enjoyded our stay here

beautiful hotel in a good location, large area, plenty of swimming pools. rooms perfectly cleaned every day. excellent food, large selection, but allergens are not always correctly marked. finally, a hotel where the drinking, imported alcohol, is also up to par. The staff is nice and willing to help with anything.

We're still here. Everything is at a very high level without exception. The food is varied, the animation is different every night, the staff is kind and welcoming, the room is great. Towels are changed every day, as is the minibar. The best hotel.❤️

We are here for the first time, and it’s amazing!! The food is great, the animation programs are fun for kids and also adults. They have great restaurants, bars, the beach it’s behind the hotel and it’s also very nice. They have aquapark, tennis, disco. Recommend for everybody!! If you are group of friends, or family with kids, it’s amazing. The relaxing pool is from 15 years old, so you can relax without children or loud music. The main pool is with music, aquapark, and things like foam party. The restaurants and coffee’s have snacks, ice cream and waffles in the middle of the day and the Delphin pub have midnight snacks.

The view is most beautiful from the room and the staff is so nice. The food is verry fine and the restaurant is so big and beautiful. area is really clean and well-kept. staff is ready for helping you. reception gave information well to us. we will come back next yeat and recommend to our friends and relatives. thanks for everthing :)

Just returned from a very hot week. We are a family of two 50 year olds and a 21 year old. We all had a great holiday at this amazing hotel and based on the staff alone, this hotel should remain at the top of the best as they truly are the hotels best asset. The facilities, cleanliness, food choice is fabulous. The primary language spoken is German and Lithuanian and as an English family we did struggle at times to be understood sometimes. The entertainment is also very Eastern European. That said, we don’t want to go on holiday and be surrounded by English but we were one of only 3 families at the hotel. Entertainment and pool games etc were not really translated into English and as such could feel isolating especially if you have children and want to use the mini club. I would 100% recommend the Delphin chain of hotels, this was our second, the first being Delphin Diva at Lara beach. If you have booked this hotel, I promise you will have an amazing holiday, if you are looking to book this hotel and you are English I think I would recommend one of their other hotels which is slightly more English orientated.

Everything very good excelent staff members very helpfull people insanely good food, nice and lots of drinks beautiful gardens, nice and long concerts lots of live music music in a lot of language very good restaurants like mexican and others worth to come or come back.

Fantastic holiday with the family! Had a lovely time. Staff all friendly and can’t do enough for you. The house keeping team are first class. Our children have loved the displays they have made each day on their beds! Emir, Mustafa and Rafet in Guest Relations couldn’t be more helpful and friendly! Food is amazing! Everywhere is lovely and clean! Yusuf is exceptional - keeps everywhere round the pool lovely and clean - always smiling! Would throughly recommend for a relaxing holiday! First class!

I recommend this hotel because the service here is of the highest level. There are a lot of activities for children, there is a mini club for children in the evening, shows for children, then for adults, different shows every day. We will come back again and again.
