I came here for two days with my husband. It’s all inclusive hotel. From start to end the staff and service were excellent! Besides a little usual things, the staff was very professional and helpful. Even they allowed us late check out. In the past I stayed in the other hotels at the same area but I never knew Kaya Hotel was this great. I would definitely suggest everyone to experience this hotel. Stunning view, delicious food, Very friendly & professional team managed by well trained managers. They look after their guests in a high level of standards.

The location was amazing, we had so much fun in the snow, The hotel is so fancy that booking doesn't show the true value of the amenities, The staff was extremely friendly although i don't speak Turkish, every one working at this hotel was totally professional from the door butler to their manager, The food was amazing i lhave never experienced the turkish and international food like that before. The room was large and big, and very comfortable. It was one if the beat experience i have ever had in turkey.

The overall experience was excellent. It was our wedding anniversary, the staff overheard us talking about it and we were given a special table at dinner and also a fruit plate and wine to our room. The staff are very friendly all around. All rooms have one double and one single bed, which is great for families with small children. Access to the ski slopes is straight from the hotel. Ski lessons are very affordable and the ski coaches were very friendly. We definately will be coming again.
