カーサ デ サンタ アナ ダ ベイラ

This was supposed to be a anniversary treat! Was not!! This was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in Portugal or wish to ....basically just should be shut down. The atmosphere is dead, service us appalling and cleanliness is non existent. On arrival it felt we were the only ones there, asking about dinner in the restaurant we were recommended to eat in the restaurant in town can see why! The carpet in the halls is filthy as are the windows. The room was acceptable but the lampshades are stained, long hairs in bathroom on tiles, furniture needs replacing. We headed for the pool area which looked lovely online...the beach towels are stained, lawn not been cut for months, sunbeds stained and broken and pool has not been cleaned for months the times were green and brown and bottom of pool was green we did not go in. I am surprised this is not shut down or in administration it's awful. Please don't go here unless you just want a cheap bed. Think the owners and management should be ashamed.

There is no AC, no breakfast, no working wireless connection, no fridge in the room. It’s all humid, it smells everywhere from that high humidity. You also might find some cockroaches in your room. It might habe been quite nice 5 our ten years ago, now it’s just a place you don’t wanna be at.

Ambiente super agradável, bem decorado, pequeno almoço maravilhoso, quarto superior, piscina e um jardim super bem cuidado, o casal que nos recebeu super simpáticos, lugar incrível, super localizado, maravilhoso, soberbo, recomendo

Local onde vc realmente sente-se acolhido, não somente pelas instalações, mas da forma como és recebido. Os anfitriões José Maria e Inês são das pessoas mais espetaculares que já conheci em meio a tantas viagens que já realizei. O contacto com a natureza a paz em meio a tantas outras atrações e atividades tornam essa casa, um local a ser visitado novamente!

Uma semana maravilhosa. A casa é bastante acolhedora e fantástica para passar uma semana em família. O espaço interior e exterior é excelente, o pequeno almoço também e sentimo-nos em casa. A Inês e o Zé Maria são seres humanos incríveis e receberam-nos da melhor forma. Ficamos com a sensação que já nos conhecíamos há anos. Não podemos deixar de falar no Cacau e no Taco, que nos deliciaram com as suas brincadeiras. Uma visita a repetir, 5 estrelas!!

Excelente !! Muito bom gosto, quartos impecáveis com roupa de cama de superior qualidade, casas de banho irrepreensíveis com toalhas óptimas. Parte comuns , jardins e piscina muito bem tratados e com comodidade Pequeno almoço excelente
