love everything in this hotel location: near Congqiing Road just cross the street. Easy to reach many attractions. Room : Big, smart function, warm decoration. Comfy bed, relaxing tea area and big basin counter located outside the bath room that I really like, make it convenient to stay for more than one person. Amenities are fabulous especially the Jo loves. Water pressure and temperature adjustment are also good. Breakfast: is variety and tasty we enjoyed breakfast every morning, we stayed for 2 days the main dishes changed everyday. Service : We are very appreciated the service, all staffs are nice, friendly and willing to help with their effort. This is the most part I like for this hotel. I can see generosity , freshly infusion fruit and vegetable water and coffee are stand by at the lobby all the time with take away cup provided.Guest also can request bottle water and bottle water provided in front of elevator every floors. One thing I noticed is the use of plastic, towel and bathrobe are in plastic package that is unnecessary. Surely stay iat Atour again.

However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly. The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience. In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort. このホテルに初めて宿泊しましたが、期待以上でした！ロビーはとてもおしゃれで、フロントの女性スタッフの対応が素晴らしく、アップグレードまでしてくれました。部屋は広くて明るく、清潔に保たれており、バスルームはシャワーとトイレが別々で、アメニティの香りもとても良かったです。防音もしっかりしていて、夜は静かに眠れました。朝食は種類が豊富で、和洋食どちらもあり、味も美味しかったです。コストパフォーマンスも高く、強くお勧めします！

Rested before my flight, stayed in this hotel before, feels like a 4 star hotel, near Vitality mall, very clean, amenities super cool -warming toilet seat, body lotion, extra clean room, even humidifier and heavy curtains to sleep. Curtains moving by pressing the button and the breakfast is nice

My family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

I am very pleased for my stay at Semeeset Changchun. The counter staffs are friendly and helpful particularly Miss Moliy Zhou who are attentive. friendly and very helpful and able to provide us details information for first time traveller to Changchun
