My wife and I recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao City and we are so thrilled with our experience that we felt compelled to share. This hotel truly stands out for all the right reasons and provided us with a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely enjoyable getaway. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness throughout the entire property. The lobby was bright and inviting, the hallways were pristine, and our room was immaculate. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, and it made our stay feel both safe and luxurious. The staff deserves a special mention. Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to the dining area, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They greeted us with genuine smiles, were always ready with a local recommendation, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude really set the tone for our entire trip. Now, let’s talk about the breakfast – it was excellent! We’ve stayed at many hotels where the complimentary breakfast is a bit of an afterthought, but not here. There was a fantastic variety of selections to choose from. We enjoyed hot items like waffles and scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, pastries, and healthy yogurts. The coffee was always fresh and piping hot, and there was a great selection of teas and chilled juices to start our day right. It’s a real game-changer to begin a day of exploring with such a satisfying and delicious meal. What truly sealed the deal for us was the incredible value. The price was very reasonable, especially when compared to other hotels in a similar category that we've stayed at in Qingdao. You get so much more for your money here—the excellent breakfast, the modern, clean rooms, and the wonderful service make it a standout choice. The location was another huge plus for us. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around the city without a car. Furthermore, the surrounding area is vibrant and full of life! We loved being able to step outside and find great restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It felt like we were in the heart of the action. Finally, as non-smokers, we greatly appreciated that the entire hotel, including all rooms, was completely smoke-free. It made the environment so much more pleasant. In summary, our stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao was practically perfect. It offers incredible value, combining cleanliness, exceptional service, a delicious breakfast, and a prime location. 唯一の難点は場所が少し遠いことですが、それ以外は全て完璧でした。 エレベーターを降りてホテルに入った瞬間から、とても良い香りがしました。客室も嫌な臭いが一切なく、清潔感に溢れ、快適な環境でした。 3日間宿泊しましたが、騒音もなく、静かで、非常に快適な滞在でした。 客室フロアに入るにはカードキーが必要なセキュリティーゲートがあり、プライバシーもしっかり確保されており、安心して過ごせました。 朝食も種類が豊富で衛生的、そして美味しかったです。 フロントスタッフの皆さんはお若く、非常に親切で、コミュニケーションもスムーズでした。清掃スタッフの方も細やかな気配りができ、私たちが飲み水に困らないよう、わざわざ部屋にミネラルウォーターを何本か届けてくださいました。 チェックアウトの際には、フロントスタッフの方がお持ち帰り用のミネラルウォーターをくださり、細部にわたるまで、きめ細やかな配慮が行き届いていると感じました。 共有スペースには、たくさんの書籍や子供向けの絵本（読み聞かせ用）もあり、素晴らしいと思いました。 今後ますますのご発展をお祈り申し上げます。自信を持っておすすめできるホテルです。

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The view from the window was amazing — you could see the beach directly from the room! The room has a slightly older style, with a few small signs of age, but the room was still pleasant and comfortable. It even has: washing machine, microwave and fridge. The location is very convenient: around 10 minutes from Shilaoren Beach, 5 minutes from the metro station, and about 45 minutes to the city center by metro. The staff was also very nice and helpful during the stay.

ホテル設備も立地も良く、空港にも近くて連絡通路で歩いて行けますし、清掃も行き届いていて清潔でした。送迎サービスもあって、ドライバーの方も親切で礼儀正しい方でした。唯一不満だったのはフロントの対応です。初日の夜、チェックイン時に大人2名と子供2名（3歳と生後6ヶ月）だったのですが、明らかに不機嫌な態度で、挨拶もなしに「お部屋は2部屋ご予約ですか？」と直接尋ねられました。私は「こんにちは、ファミリールームを予約しました」と伝えました。チェックアウト後も、毎日メッセージで良いレビューを要求され、本当に数日間連続で毎日送ってきて、自分でレビュー文まで用意して、「それを投稿してスクリーンショットを見せろ」と言うんです。こんな風に強要されるのは本当に不快でした。本来ならホテルの設備や清潔さ、ドライバーの方にはとても満足していたので五つ星の評価をつけようと思っていたのですが、この一件とチェックイン時の不機嫌な顔で、良い印象が半分台無しになりました。 それと、送迎サービスについても、もう少し詳細を詰めてほしいです。事前にWeChatでフライト番号を伝えていたのに、私たちは国際線到着だったのですが、「国内線到着ロビーまで来てください」と言われ、空港の端から端まで移動することになりました。もともと荷物が多く、子供2人を連れていたからこそ送迎を頼んだのに、あの労力があれば自分でホテルまで歩けたと思います。

Breakfast at Mövenpick Tsingtao was absolutely delicious! I especially appreciate they provided local delicacy, Chinese cabbage with shrimp. The cabbage was simply delightful, particularly when the chefs used the freshest shrimp to create the sauce. 👍 Additionally, the exceptional service provided by Ashley and Mia truly stands out and enhances the overall experience. Their professionalism and attentiveness ensure that every guest feels valued and well taken care of. Thank you for making my stay memorable!

11日間滞在しましたが、サービスはまだとても良いです。頑張ってください。 ただ、比較的古い建物なので、シャワーヘッドから水滴が時々落ちるのと、シャンプーやシャワージェルの質が平均的で、洗濯機などがないので、ドライクリーニングしかできないのが難点です。 、少し残念です！ただし、サービス、衛生状態、装飾はすべてOKです。ここに滞在する人はかなり多いので、試してみることをお勧めします。

全体的にはかなり良く、交通の便が良く、近くに設備が充実しています。玄関に停めるのが少し難しくて、車が駐車スペースに止まってしまったのですが、フロントの人に聞いたら、分からないと言われて、助けてくれませんでした。彼を見つけたり連絡したりすることもできなかったが、彼がホテルの入り口を塞いでいたかどうかさえ知らなかった。

写真を撮るのを忘れてしまいましたが、この料金にしてはかなり清潔です。必要なものは一通り揃っています。使い捨てスリッパはフロントで借りられます。唯一の問題は机がないことです。キャビネットが机の角を邪魔するデザインになっています。片側にキャビネットがあり、反対側がオープンになっている机の方が足元のスペースが広くて良いかもしれません。また、ベッドサイドのランプはもう少し片側に寄せて欲しいです。真ん中だと、一人で寝ながらスマホを見ている時にうっかり触ってしまいます。

We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful — they guided us clearly and even helped us rent a scooter. They also let us park our motorbike, which was really convenient. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was super comfortable. We’re very satisfied with the service and would definitely come back. Thank you!
