部屋は清潔で居心地が良く、特に子供たちは広いバスタブでの入浴やプールでの水泳を楽しみました。ホテルからはフルーツやミニバーも提供されました。裏庭は春の散歩に最適で、小動物に餌をやることもでき、観光地で混雑するよりもコストパフォーマンスが高かったです。ホテルのビュッフェ式朝食は種類が豊富で、すべてのスタッフが笑顔で丁寧なサービスを提供してくれました。また機会があればぜひ訪れたいです。

Definitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com. The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered. In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room. Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room. Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests. Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning. The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired. On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

Расположение: Просто сказка! У нас был номер на 2 этаже, окно выходило на море и веранду, поэтому приходилось закрывать шторы. Там же на веранде можно полюбоваться на море и горы. До моря идти недалеко, жаль, что не удалось покупаться, вода очень холодная, также мы слышали, что до 1 июля купаться запрещено. Рядом есть магазин (7eleven), кафешки вдоль береговой линии, где готовят обалденные морепродукты и рыбу. 2. Номер: Чистый, просторный, убирались каждый день, полотенца одноразовые. Кровать удобная, высыпались отлично. Вода питьевая в номере была всегда, чайник. 3. Питание: Входил завтрак. Еда вкусная, мы все не пробовали, только то, что знаем, (очень вкусные кабачки, яйца, салат из листьев, вареная кукуруза), была еще какая-то местная каша, но мы не пробовали, хозяева предложили приготовить нам на следующий день индивидуально, что хочется, мы выбрали жареные яйца. Очень приветливые и гостеприимные, всегда старались угодить. Если бы не наш ранний отъезд, нам еще бы и местные пельмени обещали постряпать, к сожалению не удалось попробовать. Но сварили нам с вечера яйца на завтрак, очень было приятно. Также очень выручили, помогли нам вызвать такси. В целом впечатления хорошие.

It was small, cozy,clean and comfortable. Friendly receptionist and easy check in and check out. There weren't any towels though, luckily, I had a disposable towel. A 15 minute walk from the metro station,there is a mall and shops about 10minutes walk. In the street of the hotel there is a grocery store, some small food places that sell mostly chicken and bbq

First, the good points - Room & Location: The room and location are totally worth it. If you're a foreigner like me, it might be a little hard to get there. But once you arrive and see the view and the room, it's absolutely worth it. -Service: The male staff at the restaurant is very polite, quick, polite warm and thoughtful. · The driver and the auntie at the restaurant are very warm and friendly. Now, what needs improvement The front desk female staff came across as unprofessional. I booked a 45-minute singing bowl session starting at 12:15, and then booked a photographer for 13:00. But at 12:48, the front desk lady called me and even called the singing bowl teacher — while my session was still going on. I think this is basic knowledge for front desk staff: a singing bowl session requires a calm, quiet environment, and my session hadn't even ended yet — it wasn't time for the photographer. After my session ended and I could finally check my phone, But when I got to the front desk, The photographer already left because he was in a hurry. But he arrived at 12:45 — and then said he was in a hurry? The front desk staff's poor coordination not only ruined my need for a peaceful healing session, but also made the hotel's ”photographer service” gift completely useless. At first I thought I would come back to stay here again. But after this experience of inefficient coordination, I'll really have to reconsider whether I want to stay here next time.

客室は清潔で整頓されており、シーツや毛布は汚れ一つありませんでした。各部屋には老山ミネラルウォーターが2本ずつ用意されていました。スタッフは非常にフレンドリーでした。客室からは素晴らしい海の景色が望め、オリンピックセーリングセンターに近いこともあり、白いヨットが頻繁に視界に入り、青い海と白い帆の美しい光景が広がりました。中庭には十分な駐車スペースがあり、観光地周辺の駐車難とは対照的に、駐車は非常に便利でした。車での旅行には最適なホテルです。ホテルはオリンピックセーリングセンターや五四広場からもほど近く、交通の便が非常に良いです。ホテルの向かいにはスーパーマーケット、果物屋、小さなレストラン、屋台があり、食事や買い物に便利です。全体的に見て、コストパフォーマンスに優れており、強くお勧めします。

房間還不錯主要是交通很便利買吃的去景點都特別的方便。還有房間設施很好主要是有洗衣機我可以天天洗衣服。還有冰箱可以存放水果很方便。就是洗澡水太小了。但是工作人員還不錯我洗褲子幹不了很着急他們把我褲子拿走第二天早上就弄好了很滿意。總體還是很不錯的

家庭親子出遊入住青島一花一海酒店，整體全五星好評！門店就在八大關景區內，出門就是綠樹成蔭的公園，散步拍照都很方便，環境清幽安靜。陽光花園大床房衞生做得特別到位，全屋整潔無異味，房間採光很好。店家服務温柔周到，配套設施完善，孩子在房間玩得很開心，位置絕佳，逛第二海水浴場也很近，帶娃出行首選，強烈推薦！
