Hotel is OK clean good location breakfast no good selection. Only à la carte and restaurant is too expensive for the food you get staff very friendly. only minus is the TV channels only news channel who repeats himself every every 10 minutes is in English and all the rest is Russian

The staff were absolutely wonderful - professional, friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel was also very clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. Unfortunately, the mattress was in terrible condition: badly worn, uneven, and uncomfortable. I kept sliding to one side and could feel the springs, making it almost impossible to sleep. Another disappointment is the lack of feminine hygiene products in the bathrooms. For a modern hotel, this is a significant minus.
