Truly Deserves 5 Stars – Exceptional Stay at Selat Al Bait Hotel I recently stayed at Selat Al Bait Hotel for 7 nights, and I must say, this hotel deserves 5 stars, even though it’s officially rated 3. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the modern touches and excellent service. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with a smart dial system to control “Do Not Disturb” for room service. Daily housekeeping ensured fresh towels, shampoo, and clean linen whenever needed. The pillows were incredibly soft and comfortable, and the beds were cozy with clean sheets. Windows can be opened for fresh air, and my room overlooked the new Hajj walkway—a lovely view. The hotel has three lifts that always worked, making movement easy and convenient. Reception staff were very kind and helpful. Amenities include a gym, mosque, laundry service, and a decent breakfast. There’s a 24/7 shuttle to the Haram, and the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the bus stop to the new Haram and 20 minutes to the Mataaf from the same stop . You can walk straight road to Haram in around 30-45 mins . Parking available for locals .. Other highlights: free coffee and desserts in the lobby, hot water, a large shower, modern toilets, and all toiletries like shampoo and razors supplied. Daily water bottles were also provided. The hotel is very clean, with no insects or cockroaches, and the surrounding shops are lovely and more affordable than those near the Haram. For taxis to Haram Darul Tawheed, a short ride costs around 15–20 riyals—just make sure to use only marked taxis. Overall, my stay was extremely comfortable and convenient. Selat Al Bait offers modern facilities, attentive service, and excellent cleanliness at a great value. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah!

Overall, we had a great stay at Mövenpick Hajar Tower. The room was comfortable and very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job, although the bathroom was a little small. The only real downside was the elevators. The two sides are not connected, which makes waiting frustrating, especially during busy times. Staff also frequently use the same elevators, adding to the congestion. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, excellent cleanliness, and definitely a hotel I would recommend.

A beautiful and comfortable hotel located close to the Holy Mosque (Masjid al-Haram) in Makkah. It offers a convenient location, a peaceful atmosphere, and comfortable accommodations, making it an ideal choice for pilgrims and visitors looking for an enjoyable and relaxing stay near the Haram.

Love the stay, *************. Very helpful receptionist Reem, she allowed me to check in early. The housekeeping staff, Mizan was kind and attentive. The bellman, i forgot his name, was very professional and i truly appreciate the warm service. 10-12 min walk to gate 79 (during my visit). Don’t forget to bring an umbrella especially during the day.

The location is fantastic, just exactly what I needed especially in Ramadan. The masjid next door makes it so accessible and easy for travelers. What I really appreciate about this is The receptionist ( a lady which her name began with M - i think she’s Indonesian originally , I forgot her full name - sorry) She was very helpful and kind. The service guys are always nice. The staff at the entrance of the dinning were very friendly. The buffe was delicious and had variety. The only not very pleasant experience I had was with this 2 specific security guards at the front entrance on the 25th Feb around 8:00pm. They acted very rude and unhelpful ( I don’t know their names but they need to improve in their humanity and manners. Other than this, I has a very pleasant experience here mostly.

特に時間厳守のシャトルバスのおかげで、ホテルは好立地にあります。静かな部屋は広く清潔で、アイロンとアイロン台、小型冷蔵庫、シャワーとトイレ付きのバスルーム、設備の整っていないキッチンエリアが備わっています。規模も大きく、レセプションのスタッフも親切でフレンドリーです。無制限のビュッフェが楽しめるレストランが 3 つあり、一番いいのは Khaliji です。ディナーは最高ではないので、朝食をお勧めします。ランチは試していないので評価させていただきます。レストランのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、顧客に対して本当に親切です。 Cirage Moubarek、sied Karim、Ali el Harbi、Jalil Haussein、Mohamed Wassim、そして特に Majed Soultan に感謝します。一方、マネージャーやディレクターはフレンドリーではなく、5 つ星ホテルのおもてなしのルールを見直す必要があります。 1階には小さな市場があり、その価格は外の価格と同じです。 このホテルには良い思い出があり、今後の滞在の際には迷わずこのホテルを選ぶと思います。 5 番の建物 (タワー) で 6 泊しました。参考までに、タワーの番号が大きいほど、新しいものになります。

Was great hotel with fantastic location. Reception staff were friendly. Transportation from to alharam every 24 hrs are available. Hotel was clean and room was spacious. Recommend for family and couples. Available with a great prices.

A very nice and clean hotel, located close to the Haram. The food is delicious, and the reception staff are extremely helpful and kind. The room is fantastic and cleaned daily. Highly recommended.

recommended sangat for those nak diy umrah.. not that very close around under 10 minute walk to gate 79... and i'm pretty satisfied with that kind of distance. hotel pun makanan dia ulang2 je hari2 but okay la untuk alas perut. nak makan sedap pergi clock tower je
