「One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We arrived much earlier than the official check-in time and requested an early check-in. The reception team warmly welcomed us and explained that our room was not yet ready. They kindly offered to store our luggage so we could head to perform our Umrah without any hassle. When we returned, it was still a little before check-in time. Since our reserved room was still being prepared, the team thoughtfully provided us with another room where we could relax and rest until our room was ready. Right on time, they moved us into our reserved room, and the entire process was smooth and seamless. A special thank you to the reception and reservations teams for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care. They truly made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. This level of service made our stay unforgettable, and we will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended!」

「place is a bit far from haram, tho convenient with shuttle buses every 20 minutes. still, i procrastinated a little every time i went during the night while planning to go back to hotel after shubuh. it takes roughly 1-1.2 hours to reach the hotel after 5 am. other than that, everything is good! LOVE the layout of the toilet!」

「This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Makkah. In terms of cleanliness, bed size, room service, and the hotel lobby—everything was outstanding. The best experience I had was with housekeeping, especially Mr. Ikter Husen at Tower 2, 14th floor (my room was 1404). His service and attention to detail were exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah. The overall service, cleanliness, and attitude of all the staff are truly exceptional.」

「After a few initial hiccups with room size, maintenance issues, and the card system at reception, the kind Guest Manager upgraded us to a suite on the 25th floor—what a thoughtful gesture! The proximity to the Haram makes the whole experience so much easier, especially when returning from prayers. You can literally see the Kaabah from the hotel exit, and being near the Clock Towers gives you easy access to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was absolutely amazing—top-class food served by very nice Bangladeshi staff who were attentive and kind. Funny enough, after all the sweat and crowds at the Masjid, returning to the hotel and smelling its freshness was such a relief. *************. The hotel usually offers gahwa, water, and dates after Salah, which is lovely—but as a heads-up, it tends to run out quickly, so not everyone always gets some. The views (if you opt for the higher, more expensive rooms) are incredible. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, making it easy to rest after long days at the Haram. Overall, despite minor hiccups, the excellent service, stunning location, and comfort make Marwah Rayhaan by Rotana highly recommendable. *************, it made our Makkah stay much more comfortable and memorable.」

「The services of Ibis Style Hotel is good, the complementary room facilities is good as well. I have comfortable rest in this hotel. The hospitality is remarkable, such an awsome experience two stay there this early Ramadhan. In exception for high season the transportation from Masjidil Haram to hotel takes two hours. The buses of Ibis Style not as much as Novotel. I have been waiting is Shif Amir for more than one hour after Isya Prayer in Haram, three Novotel buses have passed, but none of Ibis Style bus. May be because this is Ramadhan, may be also another hotel has more effort to provide better bus transportation in this holy month.」

「The hotel is very well located, with excellent amenities and close to the mosque. Overall, the facilities are what you would expect from a Hilton. Price is obviously a big factor, but otherwise it is a very good option given its location and nearby amenities. There is also a nice restaurant outside, along with a direct connection into the mall, which has a wide range of shops and supermarkets.」

「Great location, just a 2–3 minute walk to Masjid Al-Haram. However, my overall experience was disappointing. The cleanliness, facilities, and breakfast were below expectations compared to nearby Jabal Omar hotels. I also paid for a late check-out, but still received repeated calls hours before the agreed check-out time. The location is excellent, but the hotel needs significant improvement in service and housekeeping.」
