スタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで親切でした。 チェックインすると、ウェルカムドリンクと冷たいタオルが出されました。その後、スタッフは宿泊に関する規則を説明し、地図を見せてくれました。その後、近隣地域を紹介し、朝食に素敵な地元のレストランを教えてくれました。水筒に水を補充するサービスもあります。横にはインスタ映えする素敵なプールがありますが、残念ながらプールを探索する時間はありませんでした。 部屋はとても清潔で、枕は柔らかく、ベッドはとても快適でした。本当に素敵な滞在と素敵な思い出になりました。 次回はバスタブ付きの部屋を試してみたいです。バスタブ付きの部屋の方が広いと思います。 次回の旅行では必ず再訪し、他の人にも勧めます。

私たちは午後 2 時 30 分頃に到着し、合計 7 部屋 (ファミリー ルーム x 3、スーパー キング ルーム x 3、スーパー シングル ルーム x 1) を予約しました。幼児1名を含む総勢20名の家族旅行です。ファミリールームは大人4人が宿泊できる十分な広さです。また、軽食、ミニバー内のドリンク、ドルチェコーヒーを無料で受け取りました。この軽食は無料で、ハウスキーピング スタッフが毎日補充します。この追加サービスをありがとうございます。アメニティもとても高級感があります。 たまたま、ファミリールームのジャグジーの1つが完全に機能しておらず、解決するのに時間がかかっても、技術者がそれを修正するために努力を払っていました。迅速な対応に改めて感謝いたします。私の姪と甥はこの施設を本当に楽しんでいました。 プールは清潔で、それほど大きくなくても素敵な形でした。朝食は素晴らしく、提供された食べ物は本当に新鮮でした。無料の朝食はファミリールームのみ（合計12名分）の権利があるため、全員が朝食を食べる機会があることを確認するために、1日目と2日目にローテーションを実施しました🤭😁 現在、スーパーキングまたはシングルルームに滞在している人は、新しい建設中（リッチマンヴィラ）のため、日中バルコニーの前で多少の騒音に直面する可能性があります。日中のほとんどは買い物で外に出るので、ホテルに戻った時にはすでに仕事が終わっているので、私たちにとっては問題ありません。 ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で、フレンドリーで、礼儀正しく私たちをサポートしてくれます。彼らにとっては良かった👍。市街地から離れた、本当に快適で贅沢な雰囲気の静かなホテルをお探しの方に強くお勧めします。

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Great Service and Convenient Location, but Some Minor Issues This was our second stay at this hotel, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. We arrived late, but the staff welcomed us with big smiles and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room, including the bathroom, was clean and well-maintained. One of the things we appreciated was the convenience of the location. There's a 7-Eleven just around the corner, which is very handy. The hotel is also quite close to the ASEAN Night Market and Central Hat Yai, making it easy to explore the area. Although the hotel doesn't provide dedicated parking, there were a few parking spaces available in front of the hotel and along the back alley. However, it can get quite full at night due to the bar next door. We still managed to find parking during our stay, but at times you may need to walk a little. Downsides: The biggest issue is the bar located right next to the hotel. It gets quite loud after 10 PM, and we could clearly hear the music in our room. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this might be a problem. The water drainage in the bathroom was poor on the first night, causing the bathroom to flood after a shower. It improved slightly on the second night, but the water still pooled before eventually draining. We booked a twin room, and one of the beds was quite wobbly—it shook every time someone moved. The other bed was fine, though. Despite these issues, the friendly service and convenient location made our stay enjoyable. If the noise and minor maintenance issues don’t bother you, this hotel is a decent choice for a short stay in Hat Yai.

Had a very nice night here before my flight. Although it is a bit odd to have your entryway be a glass facade so everyone walking by can see you (unless you pull the curtain in the middle of the day of course), the room itself and the reception team were very nice. Would recommend!

まず、ホテルの場所が、ホテルのページに表示されている看板と異なっていました。ホテルから200メートルほど離れたソンクラー大学の向かい側に「Bhundaree」という似たような看板があったので、タクシーの運転手はそこで降ろしました。中に入ると、オーナーが本当のホテルは裏側に行くように言いました。Googleマップと彼の道順を使って、私たちは間違った道に行き着いてしまい、そこにいた誰かが実際の場所まで案内してくれました。実際の場所は、マンションの向かい側、アパートの横にあるビッグCコンビニエンスストアの横です。夜8時頃に到着したとき、正面玄関が閉まっていて、私たちはパニックになりました。ドアの横に洗車場への道があったので、洗車スタッフが私たちをホテルの内側のカウンターに連れて行きました。実際には奥にありすぎていて、初めてだったので混乱して時間を無駄にしました。ほとんどの人が英語を話さないので、コミュニケーションにはGoogle翻訳を使用しました。英語が話せない受付係にとっては面倒でした。 私たちは1泊だけだったのでなんとかなりましたが、部屋はすべて良かったです。トイレタリーは持参してください。ほとんどの格安ホテルではトイレタリーを提供していません。レビューを見ていなかったので持参して良かったです。近くのナイトフードマーケットやクラブまで歩いて行けます。 ただし、Grab を利用するには時間がかかります。Maxim は使用しないでください。ドライバーが場所を勘違いしてキャンセルし続けます。Grab のおかげでようやく助かりました。場所は気に入りましたが、奥まった場所なので二度と行きません。 ありがとうございます。
