スタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで親切でした。 チェックインすると、ウェルカムドリンクと冷たいタオルが出されました。その後、スタッフは宿泊に関する規則を説明し、地図を見せてくれました。その後、近隣地域を紹介し、朝食に素敵な地元のレストランを教えてくれました。水筒に水を補充するサービスもあります。横にはインスタ映えする素敵なプールがありますが、残念ながらプールを探索する時間はありませんでした。 部屋はとても清潔で、枕は柔らかく、ベッドはとても快適でした。本当に素敵な滞在と素敵な思い出になりました。 次回はバスタブ付きの部屋を試してみたいです。バスタブ付きの部屋の方が広いと思います。 次回の旅行では必ず再訪し、他の人にも勧めます。

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

It is so amazing to stay here, with good price you can get this amazing service and amazing hotel room. Feel so luxurious but budget friendly! Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The price was very affordable, making it a great value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, from the room to the common areas. Everything was organized and fresh, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a relaxing and pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly, clean, and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely stay here again

well facilities, Fitness, swimming pool but a bit dirty, Cafe. Bathroom no partition apart from Wet zone and Dry zone. CASH Deposit only - this is non-convenience for deposit. Breakfast great variety foods and serve but tiny breakfast room. Great decorated. Good reception

まず、ホテルの場所が、ホテルのページに表示されている看板と異なっていました。ホテルから200メートルほど離れたソンクラー大学の向かい側に「Bhundaree」という似たような看板があったので、タクシーの運転手はそこで降ろしました。中に入ると、オーナーが本当のホテルは裏側に行くように言いました。Googleマップと彼の道順を使って、私たちは間違った道に行き着いてしまい、そこにいた誰かが実際の場所まで案内してくれました。実際の場所は、マンションの向かい側、アパートの横にあるビッグCコンビニエンスストアの横です。夜8時頃に到着したとき、正面玄関が閉まっていて、私たちはパニックになりました。ドアの横に洗車場への道があったので、洗車スタッフが私たちをホテルの内側のカウンターに連れて行きました。実際には奥にありすぎていて、初めてだったので混乱して時間を無駄にしました。ほとんどの人が英語を話さないので、コミュニケーションにはGoogle翻訳を使用しました。英語が話せない受付係にとっては面倒でした。 私たちは1泊だけだったのでなんとかなりましたが、部屋はすべて良かったです。トイレタリーは持参してください。ほとんどの格安ホテルではトイレタリーを提供していません。レビューを見ていなかったので持参して良かったです。近くのナイトフードマーケットやクラブまで歩いて行けます。 ただし、Grab を利用するには時間がかかります。Maxim は使用しないでください。ドライバーが場所を勘違いしてキャンセルし続けます。Grab のおかげでようやく助かりました。場所は気に入りましたが、奥まった場所なので二度と行きません。 ありがとうございます。

素晴らしいロケーションにあるきちんとしたホテルで、駅やリー ガーデンまで歩いて行ける距離です。また、大きなセブンイレブンがホテルの真下にあるので、とても便利です。
