ゲゲストThey charge you a 22% tip without telling you at the bar. If they have a gift change they just close out your current tab. No one tells you there is a shift change and no one tells you it is being closed out.
They don’t follow your requests for your room, we wanted away from the elevator and 2 queens. We had to fight for both.
They have no bus boys for the upper bar. You have to clean off tables yourself.
LLewisI booked my room online and the guy at the front counter was waiting on someone before me. On his screen pop-up $50 deposit. Well he did not asked the lady in front of me for the deposit but when it was my turned; he asked me to pay $50. I told him that was for the lady in front of me and he did not asked her so why was he asking me for a deposit. Overall, the stay was very good except for the front desk guy. I think that you guys need to be persistent and asked everyone for a deposit.
KKristinMore help is needed in the evenings. Additionally the room we checked into did not have a working toilet. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work. I had to go down to desk and was able to get a new room. This was fairly inconvenient, but at least we were given a room nearby and not on a different floor, so could have been worse.
