ゲゲストAlways a very pleasant stay after our annual tradition of seeing the Cleveland orchestra Christmas program. Service is always top notch along with location and a nice breakfast. Will stay there every chance we can.

このヒルトンは、クリーブランドに滞在するのに最適な場所です。チェックインするとすぐに歓迎されました(ありがとう、カデン!)。長い旅の末、夜遅くに到着したので、快適な滞在を保証するための彼の温かい歓迎とコミュニケーションは大きな意味がありました。真夜中、数人のスタッフが私の紛失したバッグを検索してくれてとても親切でした。一晩中マネージャーのMJはチェックアウト前に私たちをチェックしました。滞在中は素晴らしいコミュニケーション。フロントデスクの近くには、24 人用のヘルシーな食べ物や飲み物の素晴らしい選択があります。部屋は快適なベッドと枕でとてもきれいでした。私たちはここに戻ってきます!ありがとう、すべての献身的なスタッフ。

ゲゲストI was traveling to Cleveland for a conference and preferred an apartment style hotel to stay out to cook meals and generally not stay at the convention center hotel. I highly recommend ROOST Cleveland - the location is incredible and there's a lot of cafes and a grocery store in walking distance. I was also able to quickly take the bus to visit some museums on my last day! The space was so big and luxurious and cozy; having the ability to do laundry and run a dishwasher made being it feel like I was right at home.

DDewi PongBooked a last-minute one-night stay and it was perfect—clean, comfortable, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. We also spent the rest of our night at The Vault, which was such a fun bonus. Great location overall. Would definitely stay again.

1117伽玛刀-黄医生朝食はアラカルトで、ビュッフェではありません。コーヒーはスターバックスです。ウェイターはひどいです、そして衛生は機能的です！ホテルは大学の町にあり、クリーブランド博物館から10分です。博物館は無料ですが、月曜日は休館です！ホテル向かいの教会！

ゲゲストThe hotel overall cleanliness was good but the bathroom sink was running white colored water which made us reluctant to use the sink. The shower head was also really dirty and the water that came out was a bit white also. Good thing there was a kitchen sink and the water was clear. But we had to use the only shower in the room. The maintenance guy came to fix the water issue but it wasn’t fix when we went back to the room.

CCoolFay丶場所はとても良いです、市内中心部に近い**。家は古く見えますが、設備は清潔で設備が整っており、スタッフはとてもプロフェッショナルです。とても静かで賞賛されました。テレビもとても良いです

ゲゲストGood location ,Hotel seemed in a good shape ,clea lines was lacking, either cleaned in a rush .Our washroom floor was not mopped u can tell by bath mat turned black as we wiped the water spill from shower. Emptied the washropm garbage bin and handful of hair in garbage bin.The beds were comfy and clean.The staff were friendly especially the food/catering side.The parking attendant on the other hand was very rude.He sat there on his phone while we struggled to get access into parking lot although we had pre paid for parking. .He seemed annoyed when we asked for help.Not sure what he he is there for .Turned out it was their scanner issue. Parking is extra 20 dollars a night and breakfast buffet was 18 dollars for adult and $ 6 or 8 for kids under 12 .
