I just spent a vacation at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Da Nang. I am really impressed and extremely happy to have met the friendly people of Danang and the hotel is absolutely perfect according to my wishes. From Receptionist to Manager, all are so professional, the rooms are extremely clean and make me and my friends very satisfied. Especially you Huyen, very cute and very professional. If you come back, you will definitely choose Crowne Plaza as a resort. Thank you!

水の小さめのボトルが毎日一本ずつ貰える。タイミングで部屋が掃除済みであればアーリーチェックインできるっぽいです。チェックアウトする際に、アーリーチェックインして貰えたゲストがいました。 部屋は問題なく、4泊しましたが、毎日清掃、タオル交換、ゴミ箱のゴミ処理などやってくれます。１日だけ掃除の時間にたまたま部屋にいたら、ノックして目の前で掃除してってくれました。その時はベッドにゴロゴロしてたのでベッドメイクは無し。でも、他の日は、いつも戻ると綺麗になってた。1人あたり600円くらいで泊まったけど、悪くない。 ただ、シャワーの圧は弱い。でも、許容。

This is our first trip been to Viet Nam, Da Nang. The weather looks better than the day we arrive, therefore we had time to enjoy the pool in 26th floor, it really a great view with mountains and beach view. Our room is also sea view but we suprised with the view in the infinity pool. Breakfast was perfect but when we eat there are alot of guests around :＞＞ Anyway, everything was great and you might think about this place when you have chance to go to Danang. Me and my husband were super happy

構造は開いたときにその力を持つ可能性が高いが、現在は完全に放棄されている。清は本当に近くにあります。写真だけを見てください(角とベッドの隣には、髪の毛や物のようなものがあります。そこから、彼らはどれほどの可能性を持っているか知っていますが、彼らは自分自身に捨てられています。(水は汚れていません、私たちはそれを洗いました)、部屋の冷蔵庫は何も冷やされていません、それは本当に悪いです、スタッフはとても良かった、12時の部屋をくれ、14時に痕跡のある器を交換するのを待たせなかったが、残念ながら管理は本当に悪かった。彼らはトップホテル(または最大2/3€のお金を使う)で要求した価格はお勧めしません。

天気が悪い場合は、ツアーグループの日帰りツアーに参加してください。ここでは深刻なスタッフ不足があり、チェックインに時間がかかりました。私が与えられた部屋は、窓が閉められ、隙間がありました。サービスデスクの電話番号はありませんでしたが、風と雨の中、2人で受付に行きました。問題を確認しに来て、部屋を変更したのはすでに3時間後でした。夫がこのせいで風邪を引いたので、夕食を1階の高級レストランに行って早く寝なければならなかったと伝えました。翌日は風が強く、雨が降り、霧が濃かったので、急いでベルガモット橋までの移動を終えて山を下りました。宿泊施設と観光スポットのチケットを買う価値がなかったベトナムで最も不快な経験でした。

ホテルに設置しているATMでお金を引き出そうとしたらカードが出て来なくなり、目の前のパン屋さん？のお店のスタッフに事情を説明して『フロントスタッフを呼んで欲しい』 と伝えたら『3分くらいしたら出てくるので待ってて』と言われましたが結局出て来ず、再度伝えても待ての一点張り。しかたないのでフロントに出向き説明したら 明日の10時に業者が来るというのでその時間帯は帰国の為、チェックアウトしている旨を伝えたら 『カードを廃止して新たなカードを作ってください』と言われました。 まあそれはスタッフのせいでもないしどうしようもない事もあるので、そこまで怒りもありませんでしたが お値段が張るバーベキューディナーに最終日の夜に 行きましたが、帰国の空港で嘔吐下痢になり 空港の看護師さんが来てくれ、吐くだけ吐いて 薬をもらいしばらくすると何とか動けるようになったので ヘロヘロになりながら飛行機に乗りました。 看護師さんによると食中毒だと言われました。 その日は昼ごはんを食べていなかったので バーベキューディナーが原因だとわかりました。 なぜなら、焼く前の生のイカや海老、スィーツなどが 外に出されていて、冷蔵対策はしてませんでした。 ケーキは一口食べてぬるっとしたのですぐ食べるのを やめました。 今回はお値段もそれなりのクラブラウンジ付きのプラン にしていたので、宿泊を楽しみにしていましたが 本当に残念でした。

素晴らしいスタッフとサービス、素晴らしい施設、素晴らしい食事。 特に、シトロンレストランでは私たちをVIPにアップグレードしてくれました。スタッフのタオファムはとても親切で、ロータスティーを試すことを勧めてくれました。ベア フットでの土曜日のディナー BBQ ビュッフェは素晴らしく、そこに行ったら必ず行くべきメニューです。全体の雰囲気はとても素敵で豪華で、価格は市内で最も高価ですが、支払った金額に見合ったものを得ることができます。

コネクティングルームを予約しました。ヒルトンですが値段もリーズナブルで非常に清潔で水回りも綺麗です。夜遊びしたい人は少し不便かもしれませんが、ビーチ沿いにバーが多くある方は夜うるさすぎる可能性があると思いますがヒルトンの場所はロケーションもよく、朝は目の前のビーチでローカルの人たちが海で遊び，ビーチに洗い場もあり，ビーチで少し遊ぶには良かったです。また，すぐ横にスーパーがありとても便利でした。 ベッドも清潔で快適です。シングル2つでも十分ですが、コネクティングルームの方が個々のプライベートを確保しバスタブのある部屋もありお互いに寛ぐことができます。バスローブがなかったのが残念した。アメニティもありません。アイロンが部屋にあり便利でした。　ただ，理由はわかりませんがWiFiの接続が悪く，自分の電波が遮断される事が起きて送迎とのコンタクトがうまく取れずそこだけが滞在中こまりました。

We spent 7 nights at the Marriott and loved every minute. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. They even arranged breakfast boxes one morning as we had to leave before 6am for golf. We were upgraded to a fabulous corner room with a huge bathroom and lovely balcony overlooking the garden and ocean. So lovely to sit outside and listen to the waves. We booked another room on points very last minute and they were so accommodating making sure the room was next to ours. The beds were big and comfortable and the linen and towels were the usual good Marriott quality. Really nice touch leaving a sweet treat in the room every night. The restaurant manager was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure my food was gluten, dairy and chilli free! He always checked in to see the food was ok and had great recommendations re food. All the restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and reasonably priced and the decor of restaurants was nice. The grounds, pools and beach are amazing. So well looked after and clean and tidy. The water temperature was perfect and the infinitely pool overlooking the ocean is fantastic. Plenty of sun lounges and 5 pools to choose from. The life guards kept a close eye on everything and were always so friendly. The beach seems to go forever so great for walks. The hotel keeps their section of the beach so clean - a noticeable difference to some other sections. The gym is small but good and the spa is lovely. The resort is in a great location. 10 mins to the main Da Nang beaches and bars along the beach and 15-20 mins into the town centre and markets. 25 mins the other way and you’re in Hoi An old town. We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of everything but close enough and cheap enough to catch a taxi or a Grab whenever we needed to. Perfect location for all the golf courses too so would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back.
