We spent 3 nights at this hotel for our first visit to Pristina and loved every moment of it. We received a warm welcome from all of the staff as soon as we walked through the doors. Our room was far superior to other rooms we have stayed in around the world - especially recently in London. The bed was super comfortable, bathroom and shower without fault. This hotel gave us an excellent experience and one of the main reasons, was due to the friendly, professional and helpful staff. Thank you to all of them.

Oversold, poor hotel. This hotel is nowhere near the international standard of 5*, perhaps a poor 3*. The receptionist at check in was not welcoming, and if anything rude. The room itself-air conditioning didn't work (room was 27degrees in October), no privacy in the bathroom, curtains didn't fit the window properly, light switches lit up the room in the night, electrics went out, hotel lift could be heard from the room.
