我的房間非常乾淨和舒適，床很軟，而且枕頭非常舒服。房間內設施也很齊全，有電視、迷你冰箱和咖啡機，這讓我感覺非常方便。浴室也很乾凈，提供了所有必需品，如洗髮水、護髮素和沐浴露。總體來説，房間內的設施都很好，讓我感到非常舒適和滿意。 酒店的服務也非常出色。酒店員工總是非常友好和樂於助人，他們總是願意回答我的問題，並提供有用的建議。此外，酒店提供的早餐非常美味，種類很多，而且每天都有不同的選擇。餐廳的服務也非常好，員工總是很周到和熱情。

Pro - Stayed in the Infinity, we had a sea-facing room with a beautiful view Con - unfortunately it seemed to be a gathering area for the e-car drivers. by 8am most mornings there was at least one guy sitting in an e-car outside our room, which made it awkward to sit out on the balcony. One morning a staff member started watching a loud video on his phone so I went inside my room. Con - Pillows were lumpy and blanket was too small for two people to share Pro - staff quickly provided a second blanket. Con - it was difficult to schedule time at the spa…it seemed like they were short-staffed as there often wasn’t someone at the front desk of the spa and if staff were performing massages then there was no one to allow access to the spa. Also one day I was able to go to the spa, there was a kid probably 7 or 8 years old with his dad splashing around in the hot tub. Pros - inclusive breakfast was lovely, lots of options and staff were attentive. Heated floors in the bathroom were nice. Overall a pleasant stay, just lacking in some attention to detail.

I wanted to celebrate mylover's birthday with a wonderful sunset view, and Dukley is one of the most beautiful places in Budva where you can enjoy this wonderful sunset view! The staff is friendly and very understanding. the rooms and the area are very clean. the food is delicious and varied. it was a great experience, we will visit again during the season to use all the other facilities of the hotel

Loud stereo music everywhere from 9am on the breakfast, all beaches (ironically one of them is called escape). No quite place to relax. Staff has been ignoring requests to switch off music or make it less louder. Same is with umbrellas on the beach. There is no shade on the beach in the afternoon and umbrellas are not allowed to be open even if the wind is very mild. This hotel is total disappoin**ent

We had an overnight stay in a perfect oasis of peace with stunning views, Mediterranean gardens, beautiful restaurants, and beaches. All of the staff members are outgoing, and friendly and make you feel special and taken care of. This place is a peace of paradise on earth. Highly recommended for friends, couples, families, or single stays for complete relaxation and rejuvenation.

While visiting Monte*****, we stopped by the Dukley Resort and stayed for a few days. We were amazed at how unreal everything looked. Everything was neat and nice. Marco and Deyan the golf car drivers helped us with things and welcomed us culturally with the concierge whose name was Angela as far as my memory serves. All three behaved very politely and, above all, professionally. Also, the reception service was at a very enviable level. Maybe even the best complex in Europe that we have been to. For every recommendation!

In the first place, I would like to point out that there are friendly and helpful staff. but the biggest shortcoming of these staff was that they did not know English. If you are a hotel in the most luxury segment of Monte*****, it is a must to have a staff that can deal with foreign guests. We stayed in a room category with a sea view, terrace and the view, comfort and cleanliness of our room were perfect. The breakfast was buffet and quite varied. but the fact that there was only one option for dinner pushed us to spend time and eat in Old Town Budva. In terms of restaurant, only the sea front restaurant was open in the hotel and it was stated on the website that there were more than one restaurant option. The sea and the beach were very clean, the prices were high compared to the service.

The views, the weather!!! Absolute perfection. Be sure to book a Vila they are clean and spacious full kitchens beautiful livingroom. with the most beautiful views of the beach and the amazing mountains. The air is so clear you just breathe better. The spa is also really nice. We are kosher and they have a beautiful kosher restaurant on premises. This made our stay really pleasant. We will definitely be back and will recommend to our friends.

Look no further, The Dukley Hotel & Resort has it all. The rooms are beautifully appointed, the staff goes out of their way to be helpful and the beach is the perfect way to relax and unwind. Plus, if you'd like to visit old town - there is a path along the water you can walk there within 30 mins. I'd highly recommend The Duckley!
