Beautiful hotel, lovely staff! The cleaner made our holiday as was there to give us fresh towels every time we got back from the pool and made beautiful towel displays everyday too and included the kids teddy bears into it which they loved. The food was lovely, plenty of choice. The restaurants for us made it amazing as they were quieter and table service and overall amazing food. The pools are great with lots of zumba and entertainment/ sports. The lazy river was disappointing as it was quite dirty and the floor needs renewing. The rooms are a good size and bathroom too. Just needs a little modernising and more powerful shower. We would come back here again!

Amazing staff, grounds, rooms and beach. Snack bar food cooked while you wait, restaurant food sometimes a bit hit and miss, but always something for everyone. Indian restaurant and Lebanese incredible food. Daytime entertainment everything for someone to do. Evening entertainment not wonderful could do with a singer or music on the bar outside of the restaurant. I will definitely go back as nothing to complain about. Rooms had everything needed, bath and separate toilet, separate shower. Nothing too much trouble for the staff, good to tip and then get better service, but hey they work so hard that a tip is deserving.

Staff members were all unbelievable and couldn’t do enough, Hasheen in grill was amazing. Hannee in main restaurant was so nice and did everything and all the waiters , The lobby bar cocktail man was out of this world he was amazing kind and thoughtful

We are currently here on our honeymoon. I can't recommend this place enough. All the staff are fantastic and friendly. We have booked trips with a scuba staff member called Ammar who made our trip to the safari on buggies with meal and show extra special because on our honeymoon. We were treated extremely well. Ammar was extremely polite and friendly. We have booked a boat trip too. We have also used the spa at the hotel, excellent service from all the staff. Non of the staff are pushy and if you just want to be left alone they understand and walk away. Hotel is clean and tidy and great food. Truly has been the best place to have our honeymoon.

For me, our experience in Egypt was fantastic, we did not expect that people would be so kind and loving to us. The hotel and services were excellent. We were also very pleased after doing 2 experiences with "Diving Center", one Diving and another in Safari. What remains in our minds is a boy that we made a friend. His name is Ammar Rada, very kind and loving, I advise you to always cooperate with him for the adventures you will solve. We were satisfied and want to visit Egypt again.

If you have any questions, they will always answer them and be happy to help you. We had a wonderful week there.The clean big room with balcony overlook the garden and the sea,beds are comfortable. The staff was very helpful and kind.I looked for the little allergy signs next to the foods in the buffet restaurant,but there weren’t any.However the helpful chefs always helped us choose or brought what we wanted. It was a quality show at dinner time with different singer every night.We were sorry they stopped early,we would have listened to it much longer. On the lobby level was a watch-jewellery shop with a goldsmith,who also was professional and kind .His name was Mina.We loved to shopping there. The gym’s few machine out of order,but wasn’t a big problem for us.The massage was good at the Spa. Daytime animation was ok,but they also had a nighttime program.It was unprofessional and boring,so we left after few minutes We tried it 3 times in one week. In summery I can say we had a nice rest ,swam in the sea and the pool,eating good and sleeping well.

We just arrived home from what was an amazing holiday This hotel is fabulous from the moment we arrived we were made to feel at ease. The room was lovely very large bathroom and patio with pool view The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful and I would like to thank them all. Far too many to name with the exception of Shady The restaurant manager he made sure that our every need was met and which ever restaurant we went to he came along to see if we were satisfied which we always were The staff at this hotel work so hard and we found not always fully appreciated by some. The snorkeling was great and it was nice so many snorkels available The only downside for us was the extremely loud music playing all day around the pools and beach area However that to us is very minor and should never deter anyone visiting this wonderful Hotel The grounds are outstanding as are all the areas of the hotel Thank you for a memorable stay
