Very old and abit scary in fact

One of the worst hotels I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. Looked like someone had lit a fire on our floor, see photo. Kitchen looked like it had just come out of the skip. Dirty bed sheets!! Let’s not forget the crane that was parked up outside our room and being used at 7am every morning. If you want the least luxurious spot in Rome, this place should be top of your list!!

I regretfully need to share my incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. The state of cleanliness was absolutely appalling. From the moment we stepped foot into the building it was evident that proper hygiene standards were not a priority for the staff. Upon entering our room, we were greeted by an overwhelming stench of stale air and a noticeable layer of dust on all surfaces. The lamp shades were stained and the “curtain”hanging from the bed had a huge stain and had not been changed, and it appeared as though the bathroom had not been cleaned in ages. The toilet still had visible marks, and there were visible hairs scattered on the floor. It was simply unacceptable and left us feeling uncomfortable and disgusted. We brought this to a staff members attention who gave us a different room and on inspection this was just as bad as the last. Adding insult to injury, the level of disrespect and indifference displayed by the staff members was astounding. They were consistently rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. It was clear that they had no interest in providing a satisfactory experience to their guests. In addition to the lack of cleanliness and unprofessional staff, the overall state of the hotel facilities was shocking. The common areas were in disarray,The carpets were what I can only describe as vile. It felt as though we had stumbled upon an abandoned building rather than a hotel. Even for a 3 star hotel, one would expect a certain level of cleanliness and professionalism. Sadly, this hotel failed miserably on both fronts. We were so disgusted and disappointed with our experience that we ultimately decided to cut short our stay and find alternative accommodations. I strongly urge anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice and explore other options. The lack of cleanliness, combined with the rude and unhelpful staff, make for an incredibly unpleasant and regrettable experience. Save yourself the frustration and choose a different establishment that values their guests' comfort and satisfaction

Del personale posso dire solo bene ma come hotel per carità! Non consiglio assolutamente anzi statevene lontani. Sarebbe da ristrutturare completamente. Persiane rotte vasca arrugginita ed inoltre la doccia senza gancio quindi inutilizzabile. Pavimento lasciamo perdere. Arredamento vetusto Possibile che nessuno faccia controlli? Non andateci, lo dico per il vostro bene

Premetto che abbiamo scelto questo hotel in base al suo collegamento con i mezzi e alla convenienza del prezzo. Abbiamo effettuato la prenotazione tramite booking e dalle foto sembrava piacerci. Il personale d’albergo, nonostante ciò che leggerete in questa recensione, è stato super cordiale e disponibile, e siamo state aiutate quando abbiamo presentato un piccolo problema. Quando siamo arrivate siamo rimaste deluse. La camera non rispettava assolutamente ciò che mostravano su Booking. Per iniziare, la tenda apposta sopra al letto era piena di polvere (e vorrei specificare che io sono allergica alla polvere), così come le lenzuola del letto. Il cuscino aveva la sua fodera, ma era pieno di pelucchi. Per non parlare del bagno, la tavoletta sembrava ci lasciasse da un momento all’altro. Il soffione della doccia aveva la muffa, alle piastrelle mancava colore e il silicone che le teneva era ingiallito (quasi color aranciato). Bagnoschiuma e sapone per le mani gli stessi per tutti gli inquilini, chissà da quanto non venivano cambiati. Da mettersi le mani nei capelli. Dulcis in fundo, al portone dell’edificio c’era appostato un individuo strano ed inquietante che fermava chiunque entrasse o uscisse da esso. Chiaro che, essendo donne che viaggiavano da sole (seppur in compagnia l’una dell’altra), un po’ ci ha messo l’ansia. Possibile che alla reception non lo sappiano e non abbiano mai tentato di mandarlo via?? Mah! Se non fossimo state ingannate dalle foto, avremmo prenotato altrove allo stesso prezzo o qualche euro in più.
