学生の旅行によく同行します。客室と共用エリアの狭いスペース、基本的な家具、時代遅れの家具と埃っぽい布地を備えた一部の部屋、非常に快適なマットレスと枕、フレンドリーなスタッフと優れたサービス。

史上最悪のホテル！受付のスタッフは、私の支払いが適切に行われるのをまったく助けてくれませんでした。非常に失礼で、英語で話せなかったので、非常に悪い経験でした。そこでは予約しないでください。役に立たないスタッフにがっかりするでしょう。

Great location, walking distance to/from train station. Room was fine bed was a bit uncomfortable. We were only there one night so not a major concern. Breakfast had many choices. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would recommend this location while in Rome.

We were a tad concerned about the location of this hotel after being told y a friend that termini area was not the best. Well, the hotel does have a great location and great staff. We felt safe all the time. It is located steps away from Roma Termini and two metro stations. The beds we comfortable, nice and clean shower and great staff. Our staying included a delicious breakfast, traditional Italian. Great coffee, hot chocolate, delicious pastries. There is a blond lady working in the breakfast sextion, always greeting guest, she's the best.

Excellent hotel, very centrally located near Termini station and very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room and a very nice continental breakfast with a large selection of fresh food. Really can’t beat it for the great price

- Receptionist have a worse attitude than Blair from gossip girl, they dont say hello or want to help out in any way. My friend was throwing up a lot so he had to clean up the vomit with our towels. We therefore asked for a few new towels but was told that was only possible when the rooms got cleaned. Problem was they dont clean when somethen is in the room, so they wouldnt clean as my friend was laying sick so we had no way of getting new towels. - Breakfast is close to uneatable. - Heat in the rooms was turned off at night, even though it was freezing outside. The rooms got extremely cold at night. - Close to the terminal and 20 minutes walk from centrum, which is nice
