The hotel was very far away from de beach and the installations weren’t very good, the food wasn’t good, the pool was ugly and some rooms doesn’t have ventilation and windows and you can’t manage the air-conditioner like you want because you don’t have the remote control.

The room we were given was horrible. It looked like an attic. It had leaks and what is advertised on the website is a beautiful room which we did not receive. The room we were given was on the far side of the hotel and we had to walk a great distance to gain access to the restaurant and entrance of hotel. There are some nice looking rooms in the front of the hotel but I felt I was cheated out of a good room simply because the hotel decided to built cheap lodging towards the back end of the hotel to accomodate more guests. Everythhing is far from the hotel. No beach and the cab rides to the center are costly. We were given the same towels for our duration of our stay and no trash cans in the bathrooms. The door didnt lock properly either. What is show on the ads is not what we received. I felt cheated out completely out of my money. The open bar is a joke. Weak beer and cocktails with syrup tasting flavors. This place should be shut down.

Buen aseo en las habitaciones la comida agradable , lss perdonas muy amables . La atención es muy buena recomiendo este hotel . Lo único por mejorar es las rutas hacia el centro en ocasiones toca esperar 1 hora para ir al centro. La terraza del hotel es espectacular hay buena vista, mar peces Excelente todo

Triste Hotel. Es un lugar muy poco bonito para estar, no hay playa cercana, todo está lejos. Las instalaciones son deficientes. Me tocó una habitación con aire acondicionado, el cual no se puede controlar, el tv no tiene control. No hay armarios ni nada para ordenar las cosas. Las habitaciones no tienen ventanas, por tal razón la ropa tiende a llenarce de olor a humedad. Hay unas habitaciones.ecol9gicas sin aire,.ni se te ocurra tomarlas. Sobre la alimentación ni hablar, el unico dia que nos dieron carné estaba dura, parecía como comer cuero. Mi recomendacion paguen algo más y no sacrifiquen su tiempo de vacaciones. Sobre los pasajes de avión, los tramitan para altas horas de la noche, casi madrugada, finalmente termina uno gastando más por no saber que hacer en tanto tiempo perdido.

Excelente estadía, bonitas instalaciones, retirado del centro entre 20 y 30 min, el taxi en la tarde puede salir entr 45 y 50 mil pesos colombianos, y en la noche por 60 mil pesos, buena atención en las instalaciones, cuenta con piscina 3 jacuzzi 2 restaurantes tipo bufette y un bar, y al frente se tiene acceso a la terraza la cual es hermosa se puede nadar

Pésima experiencia, la piscina no estaba en servicio, el aire acondicionado dañado, las toallas olían a orines, la comida siempre la misma. No aconsejo ir a este hotel toda la publicidad es un engaño. En el bar tienes que guardar tu vaso de papel para que te sirvan el próximo cóctel, por que tampoco habían vasos para servir.
