We stayed in a family room which was quite spacious and renovated enough. It was clean and the staff were attentive when we needed towels and sheets. I popped a fuse and they fixed it very quickly. The food at the bar and restaurant were very good and Charlie was a star! The pool, hot tub and grounds were all very pleasant and we didn’t hear any dogs barking! There is a little strip mall right next to the hotel with water, alcohol, pizza and pho noodles and 2 minutes (walking) further is a large strip mall with everything needed. The hotel is right off the 5 which makes it convenient.
I booked this hotel for 5 days through Priceline. When I checked in, I asked for a first floor room because I have a heavy bag and did not want to carry it up the stairs because I did not see an elevator. When I got in the room, the whole room was very filthy. The ceiling in the bedroom area had mold approximately two feet diameter. I checked the bathroom and the ceiling was molded also approximately a foot in diameter. The whole room was just filthy. I went back to the front desk and told the person working that the room she gave me was filthy. She gave me an attitude telling me, “Well, you’re the one who wanted the first floor!” Apparently, it’s my fault for asking for a room on the first floor and that it had mold. So, she gave me the second floor room. Since it’s the second floor, there’s no third floor, there was no mold on the ceiling. It was a little late and I just decided to stay. In the middle of the night, I saw a couple of roaches in the bathroom area. I ignored it because it’s was too late to find another hotel and I used my money for Knights Inn. The next day, I was out and about so I wasn’t in the room all day. I got back, I saw roaches again. Then I got curious and checked the pillows. I removed the pillow cases and the pillows are yellowish brown from not being washed and dried out bodily fluids or whatever it was. Since it was late, I have decided that I will check out the next morning and just ask for the refund for the rest of the days I won’t be staying. The next day, I asked to check out and told the person why I’m checking out early. It’s the same person who gave me the attitude the day I checked in. I asked to get a refund but she refused and told me I had to get it from the third party where I reserved it from. I told them that I called Priceline and that Priceline told me that they have to refund it to me since the money was already given to them. She told me she can’t do anything. I am currently reporting them to State Health Services and reporting them to their company. The hotel is a health hazard. Do not stay.
ここはホテルではなく、モーテルです。 2階の足音、話す声、音楽が全て聞こえ、それが深夜まで続きました。 部屋を変えてもらうように頼みましたが、空いてる部屋はないと言われました。外から見る感じでは、灯がついてない部屋はたくさんあったので、空室はたくさんあったと思います。 ビジネスだったので、女性一人で宿泊しましたが、一階で、しかもうるさい客の下の部屋を割り当てた時点で、アジアンヘイトだと感じました。 フロントの女性は品がなく、無愛想でした。 こんなに酷い思いをしたのは初めてでした。 ヒルトングループはリーズナブルなホテルでも応対は丁寧です。お金を払って辛い思いをするのはありえないので、ベストウェスタングループには2度と選ばないです。 This is not hotel but motel. I don’t understand why this motel get good reputation. Also the hotel requested to sigh declaration about “I do not be noisy “ but the customer who stayed upstairs were super noisy. I could hear music, voice, noise of foot steps until midnight. I asked front to change my room, but front staff who is like Iron Lady said there is no room to change. But it looks there are a lot of available rooms. ( I am Japanese, Asian hate?) she said she will call the noisy customer to stop making noise but it was not stop. It means the front staff didn’t do anything. I was a single female guest because I was on business, but I was very scared when I was assigned a room on the first floor. I will never choose Best Western group.
