ホテル自体はとても素敵で、構造全体が新鮮に見えます。ダブルルームはとても快適で、かなり広く、エアコンはとても強いです。私の唯一の保存は、寒すぎて水がまったく熱くないので、それだけです。私が街にいたとき、私は暑かったので、それはそれほど大きな問題にはなりませんでしたが、冬には、私はそれが問題だと信じています。クリアはそうではありません、そして私は朝食スタッフのサービスがとても良いと思います。この部分を批判するコメントをたくさん読んだのですが、特にとても良くてバラエティに富んでいると思います。地下鉄、セントルシア駅、市内の観光スポットに近い美しいロケーション。

サンティアゴデチリを訪れながらこのホテルに2泊しましたが、私の経験はかなり良かったです。チェックインプロセスはスムーズで、荷物を護衛するスタッフが不足していること以外の不満はありませんでした。建物の真ん中に部屋があり、部屋は広として快適で、冷たいサンティアゴの天気から警告するためのヒーターとエアコンが付いています。残念ながら、ツアーの制約により朝食を楽しむことができませんでしたが、全体的にとても素敵な滞在ができ、サンティアゴの中心部で良い宿泊施設を探している人にこれをお勧めします。

The hostel has a great atmosphere and the staff are reallt friendly and nice. The activities they organised were very fun and helped me meet other people. Angie organised the beer pong, and was glad to take photos and videos, which is nice when you’re travelling solo. She was awesome. Would recommend wholeheartedly!

4,5/5,00 O Best Western Estacíon Central é um ótimo hotel. Ele possui quartos amplos e é bem confortável. O café da manhã é servido até às 10h e é bem farto, conta com variedades de frutas, cereais, pães, frios, ovos e linguiça. Os funcionários são bem receptivos e atenciosos. Eles disponibilizam uma marmitinha de café da manhã (sache de café, chá,fruta, sanduíche, iogurte) para que você possa levar no dia dos passeios, basta solicitar até as 21h na recepção. A região realmente não é boa mas o hotel conta com seguranças a disposição caso precise esperar algum uber ou taxi do lado de fora. Foi bem tranquilo pedir carros de aplicativo tanto durante o dia quanto durante a noite. Próximo ao hotel há uma estação da Turbus (estação alameda) e tem um metrô do outro lado da rua

Para quem vai se deslocar pela cidade (metrô) ou para fora dela ( ônibus ou aeroporto) este Ibis é bem útil. A região é um pouco movimentada e deve-se ter cautela - nada que um brasileiro nao tire de letra. O hotel está bem detonado, em relação à outra hospedagem nossa ( 2012). O atendimento é ruim, principalmente no bar/restaurante. Não espere o padrão Ibis aqui, é pouco abaixo. Mas ainda assim, pode ser uma boa opção se a estadia for curta.

Very nice hotel in the Providencia district, good connection to the metro, absolutely helpful staff and good breakfast. We were a group which arrived and left on different days. We stayed for one night ...between flights. From the south to the north in this hotel and could deposit luggage, everything worked out wonderfully. I can totally recommend it

The warmest of welcome from a great team at Ugo Hotel. The hotel is well placed in a nice area. It was modern, very light, airy and clean. Our room (334) was on the third floor facing towards what looked like residential apartments. Our only wish was that our view hadn’t been slightly obscured by a wall to another part of the hotel. The reception / lobby / bar was a good place to sit. The main light hanging above made a statement. The room itself whilst not the biggest had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (3 night) during our tour. There were two big, very comfortable beds. This combined with the pillows supplied led to 3 good nights sleep. The second bed was great for laying clothes out and packing ‘ unpacking. The WC / Shower were in the ensuite with the washbasin just outside in an area divided from the bed space by a divider and hanging space. The shower was very good although some might find the floor slippy. There wasn’t a plug in the sink (by design). This was the moment we remembered the travel plug had been left at home. This was an inconvenience when shaving and meant that more water was used than might have been had there been one. We pointed this out as a water saving idea at reception who welcomed the positive feedback. There was good air-conditioning but like most you need to leave one of the key cards in if you want it to continue working when you go out. That said from an energy saving point of view it didn’t take long to cool the room down once we returned. We did turn the AC down at night as like most installations the noise can be a bit of a pain when trying to sleep. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and a nice looking bar with a fantastic team. Not everyone spoke English but we didn’t speak any Spanish but we got by just fine. We had some great Chilean wine and loved the Pisco Sour. Thanks to Laos Silizar for giving me his recipe. There is an enclosed garden area at the back close to the bar with a variety of seating among greenery and to one end a pool. The lifts were quick and we never had to wait more than a few seconds for one. There were two ice cream shops within seconds of the main entrance and a number of nice restaurants. The tallest building in Latin America Sky Costanera was only about a 10 minute walk away. By virtue of its height it has the highest viewing platform in Santiago, from where the 360 degree panoramic view from the 61st and 62nd floors including The Andes is exceptional. Beneath this is a very big shopping centre containing many restaurants of all sorts. We went our for a walk each evening in the direction of the adjoining residential. There were some nice apartment blocks / homes. The area was well lit and felt safe. To summarise we enjoyed staying at Ugo Hotel very much. All of the staff were fantastic. Postscript: Having left Santiago to visit Atacama we returned to Santiago and had a night in an airport hotel before flying home. Rather than stay within the conf

This hotel was a good base for getting to know the city. It's located in a safe area with good connections - short walk to Tobalaba metro station and bus stop just in front. There are many restaurants within a walking distance and a big mall less than 500 metres away. Many of the restaurants close early, though. My room was really comfortable with good lights and all the normal facilities. The bathroom was big and clean. The biggest disadvantage was the busy street in front of my window, cars made some noise in the night, too. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel because it was so expensive. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere but the lunch I had there was not worth the price.

Needed an overnight before our cruise. Since they had an airport shuttle and decent prices we booked a room. First the shuttle service has an interesting pickup point at one of the parking areas. We had to evade the taxi people and go up two escalators to a walkway. Not bad if you follow the instructions they emailed. The waiting area is a bit wide and it would be easy to miss the pickup but I called and was picked up in about 20 minutes after the 12 reservation we made. We will not go into the ride over the the hotel, it was, well exciting might be an ok word. As for the hotel, desk staff was professional, helpful and got us into a room quickly. The hotel was being used for other cruise passengers and workers but they did take care of us quickly. The restaurant was good but not great. I think there were too many people early and they were not ready for the numbers so several tables seated after us were leaving before we even got bread. The hotel was clean and rooms were very nice so I would use it again but reconsider places to dine.
