「キングセンターモールからわずか数歩です。地下鉄駅からすぐです。 立地はとても良いです。部屋は大きくはないですが清潔です。ベッドはとても快適でした。騒音もなく、サービスも良かったです。次回またお越しください」

「全体的に、滞在には非常に満足しました。リヤドの中心部に位置し、非常に便利なロケーションで、移動も楽でした。朝食は比較的種類が豊富でした。しかし、ホテルのドアの鍵はセキュリティロックが長すぎて安全上の問題がありました。また、ホテルのエレベーターがカードなしで利用できる点も不安でした。ホテルにはセキュリティ対策の強化を期待します。」

「The hotel is amazing. I only have some points if they improve it , they will be the best. 1- air conditioning system is not up to expectations where the ac turns of completely once it reach to the selected temperature, it is better to keep the fan running. 2- the small fridge is annoying and close to bed. 3- corridor music is loud sometimes and disturbing on the morning.. hint not all visitors would like to hear music especially morning time. 4- Parking exit damages the low height cars from bottom..」

「キングスタンダードの部屋に3泊し、朝食ビュッフェをいただきました。部屋も食事もとても美味しかったです。スタッフは素晴らしく、フレンドリーで丁寧、そして滞在中に快適に過ごせるよう迅速に対応してくれました。ビジネスラウンジは仕事に最適な場所でした。また、男女ともにいつでも利用できるジムを利用できたのも嬉しかったです。ロビーラウンジもリラックスできる素敵な空間でした。創立記念日には文化イベントが開催され、まるで祝賀行事に参加しているような気分になりました。周辺には美味しいレストランもたくさんありました。リヤドにまた来たら、ぜひまたここに泊まりたいと思っています。」

「Review: 5-Star Comfort with a Small Location Caveat Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at Centro Olaya Riyadh and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is impeccable—the rooms are modern, sleek, and exceptionally clean, offering a perfect urban retreat in the middle of a busy city. What I loved: Service: The staff were professional and went out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. Facilities: The rooftop pool and gym are highlights of the property, offering great views and a chance to relax. Vibe: It has a very chic, lifestyle-focused atmosphere that is perfect for both business travelers and couples. The only downside: The only thing to be aware of is that there aren’t many shops or convenience stores within immediate walking distance of the hotel entrance. If you need snacks, pharmacy items, or a quick retail fix, you’ll likely need to take a short Uber or drive to one of the nearby malls or commercial strips. Verdict: Despite the lack of immediate shops nearby, the quality of the hotel and the service make it a 5-star stay for me. I would definitely stay here again, just with a little more preparation for my personal supplies!」

「素晴らしい滞在でした。元IHG SPIRE会員として、ホリデイ・インに期待していた通りの素晴らしいホテルでした。 驚きはしませんでしたが、この価格帯で期待していた水準は間違いなく満たしていました。 ジムはガントリー付きで快適でした。 朝食と夕食の両方をいただきましたが、どちらもボリュームたっぷりで、夕食の焼きたてバーベキューは特に美味しかったです。 スタッフの皆さんはとても親切でした。 次回リヤドに出張する際は、必ずまたここに泊まります。」

「私はこのスーペリアクイーンルームのレイアウトが大好きです。広としていて、必需品を装備しています。寝る前に休むことができる快適な座席エリアとしてベンチが好きです。トイレの水圧は良いです。トイレタリーにいい匂い。 私もスイミングプールを楽しんでいますし、ジャグジーは素敵に見えます。男性と女性のためのジムとスパのタイミングは異なります。ご注意ください。周りに若い子供がいる家族がいるため、家族にも適しています。」

「I have had a few dining experiences at the restaurant on M Floor during breakfasts and dinners in a few occasions. I find the service there overall is good, however, with one exception that I would say that I encountered some discomfort at the egg frying section at breakfast time, at which I have to repeatedly asked for the same service I'd prefer and NOT the way they are used to. I thought I had to explain the same old over and over again when I showed people with high level of respect at all times which I find not nice and necessary in those incidents.」
